We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-François, this charming house air-conditioned with a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 45 m² with a private pool! Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and coffee table.
- An open kitchen equipped with a bar, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

- A beautiful enclosed garden of 45 m².
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- An above ground swimming pool of 1m50 x 3m with salt filtration and safety net.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan.

The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
