Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a large cabin, a bathroom and a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 28 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs, dining area and cabin area with a pull-out bed (1 single bed or 1 double bed when open).
- An open kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140x190).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of 18 m² facing South-East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Common space in the residence :
- A swimming pool (not heated), open from May 15 to October 15 from 9am to 8pm, secured by barriers.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, iron, ironing board, fans.
