Located in a quiet, full-time residential neighborhood, our home is ideal for guests who value comfort, space, and a calm setting — This two-story lakefront home offers approximately 2,300 square feet of comfortable living space with beautiful lake views, a private dock, and a spacious deck perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Sleeping arrangements (max occupancy: 8 guests):

Primary bedroom: King bed

Second bedroom: Queen bed

Third bedroom: Two bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top)

The layout works especially well for families, multiple couples, or grandparents traveling with children. This community is made up of people who live here and those that have this as their get a way home. Great View of Lake Livingston, The sunsets and full moons views are down right amazing. You have access to a private dock where you can fish or swim. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has a game room upstairs and a wonderful covered deck that looks out onto the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom down stairs with additional gaming area. We just added a Tournament Quality JOOLA Ping Pong Table and Tournament Quality Dart Board in the Garage.

We take great pride in our home and have been fortunate to host many 5-star guests since 2021. We are looking for guests who will treat our home with the same care and respect.

Boater Friendly - Our Boat Lift is old so we don't allow boats to use the lift, but boaters are welcome to tie off their boats to the dock.

Disclosure the lake can get rough so be very careful about leaving the area while the boat is tied off to dock. We will not be responsible for Damages to your boat. You may be responsible for damage to our dock.
