The perfect place for our family gatherings & sisters’ getaway

This property is just incredible!! So much room, many gathering spaces, great views of the canal and pool area, comfortable beds, and everything we needed!! Andy repeatedly went out of his way to make our stay extra special and so easy! He also referred us to a great guy, Captain Phil, for a fishing tour. I highly recommend this property for a fun and relaxing getaway. We loved our sisters’ getaway and enjoyed the opportunity to share this beautiful home with many family members who came to visit us during our stay. (And the gates at the stairs made it perfectly safe when my grand babies came to visit.). I highly recommend this beautiful home!!

Tampa getaway

We had 6 people (3 couples) that have vacationed together for a few years. Mostly just hung out at the house, used the pool, did dinners in and at a few area restaurants, etc. pretty low key but the house was perfect for us. Very well played out and organized. Communication was incredible and we appreciated everything. Gorgeous home that had everything we needed, totally turnkey.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our spring break time in Apollo Beach. The property was wonderful and as described. Lots of pool time, fishing off the dock, and relaxing with friends and family. Andy was always available and helpful with our needs. The restaurants nearby did not dissapoint and were not overcrowded. Great time, thanks!!

Perfect Home Away From Home for All Ages!

Gorgeous home, perfect location and exceptional service! Our extended family of 10 (ages 6 months to 58) spent Christmas week in this beautiful home and could not have been happier! We have rented several places over the years, and this home and Andy exceeded all of our expectations! Our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and spa. The game room is fantastic and we spent many evenings playing pool and watching football. This property is perfect for anyone looking for a high quality, well-stocked, spacious, super-clean and fun vacation home! Andy, we cannot thank you enough for a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Happy New Year!!!

Bimini Oasis delivers the expectations of an exceptional vacation home

Bimini Oasis is a beautiful vacation home. I emphasize on home, because it felt like the host took great care in making Bimini Oasis a true home away from home. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, everything and more that you would expect from a host. The atmosphere was fantastic and the sunsets were remarkable and unforgettable. The thoughtful amenities kept our family entertained the entire stay and the host truly captured the vibe of Apollo Beach with Bimini Oasis. We will definitely rebook Bimini Oasis the next time we are in Apollo Beach or the Tampa area.

Bimini Oasis is exactly like the VRBO description. The game room, pool and spa were a hit for our family regardless of age (4-66 yrs.old). It is located in a residential neighborhood and close to Publix, CVS, and several restaurants as well as a marina. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 14 without feeling crowded. There are several dining tables and even two small (dressing) rooms that are large enough for a blowup mattress or portable toddler bed. Our grandchildren loved fishing off the dock and caught many catfish. We had a wonderful week there and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place with beautiful sunset views.

This stay was a dream come true! Everything was just as described plus more. The home is beautiful and instructions were very clear. The hosts and staff were extremely helpful. Simply put...Incredible!

Pictures don't do this waterfront home justice. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked. They thought of everything you would need and then some! We spent the majority of our week at Bimini Oasis. The backyard paradise offered us everything we wanted, including the awesome tiki bar. Was able to fully relax and enjoy a stress free week. Andy is a gracious host, calling the first day to let us know we could check in early and letting us know he was a call away if we needed anything. Thank you again for everything Andy. We look forward to returning to Bimini Oasis.

Wonderful family get away

Andy’s house is beautiful and in a great location. We loved the pool and spa and had plenty of space for our family to spread out! There are lots of stairs in this home and the elevator was out of service so I wouldn’t recommend this home for older people (we had our 85 year old parents with us). When we had any questions Andy was easy to contact. Oh and there were several coolers, lots of nice beach chairs, and 2 really nice beach umbrellas. Also lots of stuff for younger families with kids… wagon, stroller, etc. The basement and pool area definitely have a fun, party vibe!!

Best VRBO Ever!

This VRBO is a gorgeous, well-maintained mini-mansion!! The home is beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail. The game room downstairs will keep your family entertained for hours and the pool area and outdoor bar are amazing beyond words. I promise you the photos do not do this home justice! It truly is a tropical oasis. We loved the quiet location and the neighbors we met were very friendly. Fantastic restaurants are just down the road. Andy is an amazing host and truly provides an over-the-top, memorable, vacation experience.

Vacation Perfection

If we could give this property more than 5 stars, we would! The house exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and then some. The location is wonderful—not a lot of traffic and close to shopping and several great restaurants. It’s just a short drive away to a myriad of activities for all ages. But, we were also happy to just spend the day relaxing, swimming, hanging in the Rec room, or chilling on the outdoor patio/bar at this gorgeous home. We received top notch treatment from the owner, Andy, and property manager, Vern ~ Both very attentive and helpful. We were even visited by a couple dolphins! There isn’t one thing we would change about this tropical gem. Thank you!!!!

The home was just as the photos showed, HUGE! It was a great lay out for the people we had. The backyard was amazing and we enjoyed every minute. Easy check in and Andy was quick to respond when we had any questions. Definitely worth checking out!

Paradise in a home

We do a big family vacation every year. Everyone is scattered all over the United States, and the last few years we have been picking Tampa because of the availability of direct flights to all family members. We book a big house, if you can come, you come. This was the first year we rented in Apollo Beach and the Bimini Oasis. We had babies, teens, preschoolers, 30's, 50's and 60's in our group. First of all this isn't a home, it is a mansion. We were totally blown away with how nice this home was when we walked in the door. 12 foot ceilings, high-end furnishings, decor and appliances, and so roomy! The closets were bigger than our bedrooms at home, in fact we set up the pack and play in one of the closets as another bedroom because the kids were fighting so much and wouldn't go to sleep. LOL Andy was an attentive host and got back to me within 10 minutes every time I asked a question. Everything is labeled (light switches, there is a binder on how to use everything in the home). The kitchen was so well stocked, tons of bowls, dishes, silverware, a crockpot and 2 dishwashers. We love to cook. He even left a remote to park your car in the garage. Incredible. The beds were comfy, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the neighbors were talking to us on our daily walks. It is on a cul-de-sac and so safe. There is a school on the main right around the corner with a playground you can use it after school hours. The pool was the absolute highlight. We were in it every day. There are beautiful palm trees surrounding the pool and provide shade and privacy. You really feel like you are at a fancy resort. Tons and tons of pool toys. There is a small public beach nearby (free) and a manatee viewing station (also free) nearby. Easy access to Busch Gardens, Desoto Beach, and there is a fabulous restaurant within walking distance. (family members did all these things with no problem). This is hands down the best rental we have ever been to. Do not hesitate, this is truly a 5 star property.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here with family and it was wonderful. Something was wrong with the pool pump, but owner took care of it quickly and was excellent in communicating what was going on. I would recommend this property to anyone. Had a great vacation, thanks!

Bimini Oasis

This place is amazing. Everything start to finish. Extra amenities (sunscreen facial wipes) they’ve thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean. We’re from AZ , I really hope we get To come back!

Happy Thanksgiving

Our family had to change our plans for spending Thanksgiving in Florida after Hurrican Ian mad a visit in September. Fortunately, we found this home to spend a great time in. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. The pool and hot tub were well used, as well as the location being much appreciated when we started going to different parts of the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area. Would highly recommend the property!

Our Stay at Andy’s place

I cannot thank Andy enough for allowing us to stay in his beautiful home. From start to finish everything was perfect. We stayed with our family and my son brought along 7 friends all 17 yrs old. The boys had a ton of fun. So much to do with all the games, pool table, darts, arcade machine, foosball, pool, hot tub and the list goes on. They were never bored to say the least. The house had a ton of supplies including garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, spices for cooking and beach towels for all. Vern the property manager is AMAZING and he came by on the first day to introduce himself. Thank You Andy for always promptly responding whenever I had a question. Your home is beautiful. It was perfect for our family. We made so many memories. I know the boys will never forget this trip. If I ever come to Florida with a big group I will definitely look into this house. Worth every penny and by far the best house we have stayed at thus far and we have stayed in many all over Florida.

Beautiful home!

Andy was great from start to finish! He accommodated our family and although the waterfall in the pool wasn't working..Andy stayed in touch and was very apologetic to the situation. He made sure we were taken care of and had his property management team there to make sure the pool was working for our family and friends to enjoy. This is a beautiful home. Very nice location. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home Andy!

Sail boat view for the family

We recently stayed at Bimini Oasis in Apollo Beach. Once we arrived in Tampa (we flew), we immediately got confirmation that the house was ready (impressive) and that if we needed anything, to please let them know. The property manager, Vern, is AWESOME! He is there checking to make sure all is well, and we had a few minor issues that are part of owning a home, and he got it all squared away. The sail boat docked in the canal is really awesome to look at and fun to take pictures with in the back ground. The house is well layed out and plenty of room for your group. We had my husband and I and then 6 college age kids, who came & went, and we had PLENTY of room. The game room is super fun and has all the bells & whistles you want for a fun night of pool/foos ball or simply chilling and watching a movie on the big TV. If your looking for a house in this area, look no further. P.S. It is easy access & super close to the grocery store & liquor store.

A very nice two story house. Great game room and pool area. They were very accommodating for all our needs fora baby all they way up to 55 plus. Enjoyed our stay.

Bimini Oasis is just that... an beautiful home surrounded by tropical palms, resort style swimming pool, dock with boat lift with access to Tampa Bay and Gulf of Mexico where you can do alot of things or do nothing at all. The sunsets from the balcony are our favorite feature.
