Come enjoy our brand new beach home, a six minute walk (or bike it) straight to the end of our sandy road & you are on your own quiet beach! Retirees, families and yes, "fido", will love this 1 story, open floor plan beach house with plenty of indoor & outdoor space for everyone!
The area is called, "old Florida" where nature and beauty abounds, and endless outdoor activities so, relax & enjoy this uncrowded slice of beachy heaven.

The house is exactly as advertised, well stocked and very clean. We had an incredible stay and that was not only because of the beautiful beach, but also because we had a great place to stay. If we return to the area, there is no doubt we’d be staying here again.

Awesome home and location

Owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. This new home is tastefully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful beach vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Sunrises and Long Beach days are exactly how we spent our time in this perfectly set up beach house. Even on Labor Day the beach still felt private

Great house near the beach!

The house was comfortable and well stocked, the beds were great, and it was a short walk to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, bath and beach towels, and kitchen supplies/utensils. We especially enjoyed the lanai in the evenings. The beach itself is beautiful and not crowded. When we communicated with the owner, they were highly responsive. Overall, an incredible stay.

Most helpfull and accomodating host. Home is immaculate, very functional and fully equipped with quality items. Location is perfect; close to beaches and ammenities. Amazing local restaurants.

Amazing Stay

This was one of the best properties we have ever rented. Linda has thought of everything you could possibly need to have an amazing time. Short walk or bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed the games in the garage. Laying in the hammock watching the birds was fantastic! It was truly paradise!

Fantastic House

Extremely comfortable and quiet home filled with all the extras you didn't know you needed while staying in a rental on vacation. The Hostess was quick with communications during the booking process and made sure we had everything we needed once we checked in. If you're looking at this property, book it....it's an Excellent Choice!

Beautiful house

The property was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of space for four adults and two small toddlers. The screened in back porch was great for watching the storms pass by! Would definitely stay here again! Linda was very helpful, and very responsive!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed the house. Everyone had plenty of room. We enjoyed playing ping-pong when we needed a break from the heat of the day. We also loved the porch and backyard to eat family meals.

Perfect Rental!

Our family appreciated how clean and modern your home is. It is beautifully decorated and we loved sitting out back in the screened patio with our coffee each morning. The location is perfect and has plenty of restaurant options and very convenient to Publix. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Our new modern beach home is set up for family, comfort and beach fun in a quiet friendly neighborhood with some vacation rentals but lots of full time residents. We own, operate and use our beach house and have worked hard to keep our home in fantastic shape for you and your guests. Please always review rules and tell us about your group and any dog(s) traveling, when requesting to book. I promise to respond quickly!

Private, quiet, relaxing but lots to do! Our home is beachy but still makes you feel like you are right at home in comfort. We have worked hard to have everything you need for everyday living and your beach vacation. This also makes us a perfect long term stays too, especially with easy access one story living.
