Dine together at the table for four (perfect for board games or jigsaw puzzles), and then relax in the sun-drenched living area with oversized windows featuring gorgeous city views, a decorative fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms feature full ensuite bathrooms, large closets, and striking steeple views.

Built in 1923 and once home to Savannah's YMCA, this unique brick building is located right in the heart of the historic district, within walking distance to all of the city's most popular attractions including River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, St. John the Baptist, the SCAD buildings, and several incredible restaurants and cafes. The stylish condo is nestled in the center of three of Savannah’s famous squares (Chippewa, Telfair, and Orleans), just steps from popular restaurants Collins Quarter and Husk, and close to the waterfront. With such a prime location in this walkable and compact city, you may not even need a car during your Savannah visit!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
