Southern Utah getaway

Newly built, 3 bedroom 2 bath. Quiet, beautiful views, greeted by the morning sun through big windows. Reasonable driving time to many hiking trails and national parks. In our backyard there is a mountain biking Mecca, gooseberry Mesa. If you are adventurous and a outdoors person this place is for you.

Wake up every day with a breathtaking view of Zion’s National Park, and enjoy a large private backyard veranda and gas fire pit that is all surrounded by natural brush and trees providing the perfect secluded getaway. This beautiful desert 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located 4 miles away from Gooseberry Mesa, (some of the best Mountain Biking trails in Utah) and only 36 miles away from Zion’s National park. (8 miles via back-country roads). Close and convenient access to trails that can be enjoyed by ATV’s, Mountain Bikes, or hiking to explore the nearby Grafton ghost-towns, breath-taking desert slot canyons or towering mesas providing views of desert landscapes as far as the eye can see. Because of the secluded nature of this home, and the lack of light pollution, you will never see a better starlit sky. There is a convenient store in Apple Valley with a great little grill where you can order excellent hamburgers. hurricane is 11 miles from Apple Valley, which has many restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a Walmart store. Colorado city is 11 miles away going east. It has a nice new grocery store with a deli and a grill.

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this was the best. It's a very nice roomy house in a peaceful rural setting. Lots of windows and fresh air. The views from the patio were amazing. It's close enough to Zion to be convenient, but far enough away to unwind from the crowds of the park and the city of Springdale. The owner was good to deal with, but we did not need him since everything was perfect.

We loved the home. Very comfortable and perfect for two couples. Kitchen was supplied with quality cookware. We found it to be an excellent location to explore Zion and nearby trails. The location had little towns in the area for supplies and restaurants. We would highly recommend the rental.we could get supplies.. We highly recommend.

Excellent property. Gave us access to parks, groceries and an exceptionally beautiful setting. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked well.

Quiet and spacious

This clean and well-appointed home was off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood with colorful views. The hosts were great communicators. It was a great setup for our family. Drive to/from Zion is 45 min.

Beautiful home and amazing skies

The home was clean and spacious. The communication was perfect. The home is within a short drive of pretty much everything you would want to see and do around Zion. Longest drive I think was to the northern rim of the Grand Canyon which was about an hour or so. Hurricane is about 20min away with everything you would need for groceries or restaurants. We would and probably will stay again if they would have us. The skies are nice and clear and dark especially if you are an astronomy nut like I am. The Milky way picture is with my iPhone and the other is with a small telescope we brought with us. A stay.

This is a great property close to both Bryce Canyon & Zion Park. The home was very clean, thoughtfully stocked and well maintained. We enjoyed stargazing, the view of Zion and watching the sunset. There was enough room for 4 adults to spread out, but it was still cozy and comfortable. We recommend this home and would stay again!

Beautiful property. Beautiful home.

There are absolutely no negatives to mention about this home The location was perfect for anything you want to see while visiting Southern Utah. The house was immaculately clean. The backyard was stunning looking at the canyons and rock formations. The spacious patio was perfect for stargazing at night. The house had all the amenities you would need, and then some. Extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with Brent and Laura was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing

Very quiet, private home with amazing views and plenty of opportunity to experience “dark sky”. The home had everything one would want in a VRBO and we were impressed with the cleanliness. So glad we stayed here instead of closer to Zion. Easy drive and non of the chaos!

This was such a beautiful house and so clean and cozy. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. It had everything we needed, and more. Perfect spot to relax and do some hikes in Zion

This was a lovely, quiet property. The only real downfall is lack of restaurants nearby. The host responded to our inquiries very quickly, the kitchen is well stocked, and there were plenty of towels whick I appreciate.

Wonderful Stay

We loved this home and location. So much to do and see including Zion and Bryce. Everything we needed was only a few minutes away. Wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard more but it was super cold at night. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. One of our favorite vacations, thank you!

Home Away From Home

This property felt like home. The house was clean and fully furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The back patio was fantastic with beautiful views and a variety of seating options. Brent was very responsive throughout the process with a laid back, vacation vibe. He was particularly understanding when the edge of the fire pit lid chipped.

Perfect location for Utah hiking vacation

This is my second time renting this house. The first time we needed 3 bedrooms and that's the main reason we rented it. The second time I only needed one bedroom, but it's such a great place that I decided to rent it even though it was more space than we needed. The house is very comfortable and well situation with a view of Zion. The kitchen is well stocked and we made great use of the back patio during our relax time. There is a good grocery store not far away in Colorado City, and we made all our own meals. I highly recommend this rental, it's one of the best I have ever stayed in.
