It’s also close to a “fitness trail” with marked paths less than 1 km away, a little further up the hill at Croix des Gardes.<br>The studio is also very bright, with two large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the corner terrace, which faces both south and west so you can enjoy the sun all day long.<br><br>ACCESS TO PARKING LOTS AND BEACHES:<br><br>The studio is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. However, there are no shops nearby. You’ll need to take a car or the bus to reach the nearest shops. Or, another option: delivery! We’ve included a sheet in the welcome booklet listing the supermarkets that deliver groceries and meal delivery services (Uber Eats, Deliveroo). <br>The beaches are within walking distance (the closest ones are 800 meters away). <br>It’s less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Cannes/Cannes-la-Bocca. <br>Several bus lines run to downtown Cannes in under 15 minutes.<br>One stop is 300 meters away, and another is 800 meters away, with more frequent service.<br>Several parking lots are available within the complex and in front of the building.
