The host was responsive from booking to departure. The home was lovely and had everything you need to enjoy time with your family. It was convenient to the strip as well as being far enough away to have some quiet time. It was bright and well secured. Having a washer and dryer available was a plus! You will enjoy this villa -

Overall, we had a very nice visit and truly appreciated several aspects of the home. The beds were extremely comfortable — everyone in our group slept very well. The showers had great water pressure, which we always appreciate when traveling, and we really loved having the two separate living areas along with the spacious dining room. The layout worked wonderfully for our group. The location was also excellent and were able to easily get to the strip. From a housekeeping perspective, a bit more attention to detail would make a big difference, i.e., towels were still in the dryer, we did not see any washcloths or hand towels available. Additionally, the refrigerator shelves could use a thorough cleaning.We also gave the owner feedback on some areas of the home that needed maintenance. In spite of a few issues, we would stay there again.

Great spot

Me and my family are anted to have a get away and this house checked off all of our needs. It was close to the strip but still far enough for quiet time. The space was great we had more than enough room and the backyard was great as well. The host respond time was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Home

Absolutely lovely home! There was so much room for me and all my friends to stay the weekend! Location was perfect as it was not too far from the airport and the Strip! The house was absolutely perfect! Would honestly stay here again if we ever come back! Could not recommend more!

Convenience and Location Was Great!

Our work family came in for a conference and this location worked out great! Quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient location, less than 10 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip! Home was just as described, and Derek our Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for your stay in Vegas!

The Villa was spectacular; better than expected. The pictures are extremely accurate.

Derek was a wonderful and attentive host. The 10 of us all agree that we’d like to stay at the Villa again next year. I cannot recommend this property strongly enough.

The house was in a great location and the pool was a plus! Very cozy and plenty of room for everyone. My only complaint is the keureg, dishwasher, and one of the TVs did not work

Conference week

We attended a conference in Vegas for several days and this was the perfect home base for us. It was quieter than the strip and we could relax and hang out together after our meetings and still have our own private space.

Good location for family!

We had a group of 14 ppl visiting Vegas and Hoover Dam over spring break. This house has 5 bedrooms to accommodate all of us. House is located close to the strip in a quiet residential area. House is spacious, clean and nicely organized. We had a great time and definitely recommend families who do not want to stay in a hotel on the strip.

Family Wedding

We had eight adults stay in the house and it was wonderful! We’ve always stayed on the strip in Vegas and decided to do it different this time. We lounged in the pool for hours! We sat around the kitchen table and played games and all slept great in the five bedrooms. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen is very amply stocked. The location is great with lots of amenities around it and quick drive to the Strip. We loved our stay there!

Beautiful home close to the strip. We would definitely stay again! The only issues (if you can even call them that): upstairs shower had no pressure so the water barely trickled out making it impossible to use, washer didn’t spin water out leaving items sopping wet, some of the sliding doors were very queasy and hard to shut, and ice maker did not work. These were all very minor to us, we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice house, perfect for big group

Nice and spacious home - held all 12 of our group very easily. It appeared portions of the home were not cleaned prior to us showing up (there was dog poop in the backyard behind the home) and some of the kitchen was left a little messy. House is low on towels, did reach out to the owner for toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as we did not have any in the house when we showed up and he was very responsive. Overall a nice stay and a good meeting spot for access to the city/strip.

Family members weddings

The home is great for a close family. There is one large bathroom upstairs for three bedrooms. The master bedroom downstairs has a private bathroom. The other bathroom is a walk-through to the garage and other bedroom. There was enough room for us.

Overall, a wonderful stay. Communication with Derek was easy. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Location was perfect, not too far from the airport and the strip. A couple of unexpected snags along the way, like having to replace the propane tank, but we were quickly reimbursed. There wasn't enough paper towels, toilet paper, or wash cloths so we had to make a quick run to Walmart. Lastly the upstairs bathroom shower pressure was uncomfortably low, thankfully the downstair showers worked fine. Other than that it was a great, clean, and convenient home.

Family Time During Down Time

We wanted a home that allowed us to visit and relax during our down time of a convention week. We had two guests with us up to the age of their late 80's. It was important to us for them to have rooms on the main floor and no stairs. This home provided that. The second bedroom on the main floor is off the garage with one small step. It worked out well for us. The family time provided was our goal and this home helped achieve that time together.

Great house for a a group or family

Stayed here over Christmas with my sons and their families including their dogs. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the Strip. House was very clean and all the furniture and fixtures were updated and modern. A short drive to the strip or roughly 20 Uber. Lotus of Siam, Target, etc. all a short drive away.We had a party of 10 adults and were able to sleep comfortably and prepare our own meals. Only issue we ran into was dishwasher didn't work. The neighborhood itself is in a residential area without many trees or grass (I know it's Vegas), so not the best for walking dogs. However, UNLV was a 5 min drive, with a park-like campus that was perfect for the dogs.Would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for the great stay.

Great House for Bachelorette

10 of us stayed at the house for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time. The beds were very comfortable, which was a plus, and there were lots of spaces to congregate as a group, both inside and by the pool. No problems with the AC. One bummer is that the dishwasher was still broken during our stay, so we had to hand wash dishes after every meal. Also the house layout is a little odd, with one bedroom that is accessed through the garage. It also would have been nice to have extra towels for the pool and dish towels/oven mitts for the kitchen. Location was good; it was easy and quick to get Ubers to the strip and to/from the airport. Communication with the house manager could have been better. Overall, this house worked well for our purposes and was clean and comfortable.

Family vacation

The 5th bedroom was hard to find as you have to walk through a bathroom to get to the garage and then go through the garage to the isolated bedroom. The house got very hot at night and we found that the smart thermostat is set to shut off at night which is not ideal for 100+ temps. Each bed only had one towel and no extra towels are available. So two people to a king sized bed were expected to share a towel. There were no pool towels either. When I asked the owner he said we could use the laundry which was helpful but I recommend having more towels available. There was also animal poop left in the yard which we had to pick up ourselves since we had a young child with us. The house was clean and location was close to the strip! The pool was cool, clean and refreshing.
