Casa de vacaciones con piscina privada, a 40 metros del mar.

Nuestra casa de vacaciones '' Villa Silvio '' se encuentra en el pequeño pueblo de Seget Vranjica, a 4 km al oeste de Trogir - centro histórico, el monumento cultural de la categoría cero, bajo la protección de la UNESCO.
Ubicado en una hermosa ubicación, en el medio de la bahía, a solo 40 metros del mar, ofrece una vista única de la bahía y las colinas circundantes. v

La casa completamente renovada consta de tres apartamentos, con una piscina privada climatizada, dos estacionamientos cubiertos, un área cubierta para barbacoa y césped.

El apartamento en el primer piso es el apartamento principal, que consta de: 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, una gran cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, gran terraza, donde hay un comedor abierto para 8 personas.
Apartamento en el segundo piso de la casa consta de dos dormitorios, dos baños, cocina totalmente equipada, una gran terraza con un comedor abierto para 4 personas.
Inmediatamente al lado de la casa se encuentra el apartamento 3, que consta de un dormitorio, baño y cocina pequeña.

Al lado de la casa hay una piscina privada climatizada de 6 x 4 m.

Delante de la casa hay un césped, de 40 m2, totalmente equipado con ratán.

Sobre la casa hay una zona de barbacoa con un gran comedor abierto para 8 a 10 personas.

Nuestra casa está totalmente equipada de acuerdo con los estándares más altos y modernos: calefacción por suelo radiante de los dos grandes apartamentos y toldos totalmente automatizados.

Aunque la casa está construida al lado de otra casa, todas las características anteriores de la casa son privadas e íntimas, solo para usted.

La distancia de la villa al centro de la ciudad está a solo doscientos metros. Hay tres excelentes restaurantes, dos mercados y dos cafeterías.

Nuestra hospitalidad como anfitriones y la ubicación ideal de la casa son la base para que su estadía y vacaciones en la "Villa Silvio" sean inolvidables.

Very modern, spacious property. Lovely welcome pack with delicious meat, cheese and drinks. Everything you need for a great holiday. We are a family of five adults. Loads of space for us, with lots of areas for relaxation. I can thoroughly recommend this property.

Fantastic location

Great location, 1 min walk to sea. Shops close, restuarants 5mins walk away. Peopert superb. 4 apartment's all with own kitchen, fridge, ac, shower. Well appointed main kitchen. Loads of comfortable outside seating. Very helpful and friendly owner met us there for checkin.

Heavenly Dalmatian Retreat

Great holiday spot, exactly as advertised. Super friendly landlord who even provided snacks on our arrival and took us to the supermarket. The house has everything you could possibly need and is very well maintained. Ubers and Bolt are available if you don’t have a car. The village was very quiet with several restaurants.

Perfect Villa with great host

Vjeko is a brilliant, friendly and most helpful host. The property is all round just fantastic. Vjeko has thought of everything and the Villa is superbly equipped with all you might need. The views are superb and it is just 50 metres to the seafront. Seget has a lovely laid back charm and we had a most relaxing week. It is superbly placed for easy day trips. Book it now!!

Fantastic!

We are a big family, 20-59 years old, and everyone loved this place! The house with its terraces and pool was perfect, just as the host Vjeko. It is just a few steps to the sea and you could take a swim everywhere without a lot of people. The village is small and calm, with a food market close and some restaurants. A 10 minutes walk from the house is a very nice camping area with sun beds and bars. The host helped us to book a lovely boat trip that we enjoyed a lot. We didn’t miss anything on this vacation and would love to come back!

July stay

The property owner, Vjeko, met us on arrival and showed us around. We had a late arrival time, and he kindly left us a welcome package of food and drink - which was very much appreciated after a long day. The villa was very clean and tidy, with everything you need. Nearby supermarket, restaurants and bars. We liked the fact that the property had separate apartments with there own entry, which gave our older children the privacy they now need, whilst still allowing everyone to gather in the main living room, balcony, pool or terrace. We have been to many Vrbo properties of a similar standard but this was one our favourites, due to location, views and amenities. Not to mention a great host. Thank you Vjeko for a great holiday.

A great villa for a fantastic family holiday.

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children having a holiday together to celebrate my husbands 70th Birthday and we could not have chosen a better villa. Our host Vjeko could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. He was there to greet us on our arrival and presented us with a wonderful welcome pack of delicious, bread, ham and cheese, wine, beer and soft drinks. The villa was spacious, ultra clean and had everything a family could need to eat-in and bbq. The pool was heated and ideal for our grandchildren. The villa is so well designed that each family could be self-contained if they wished and plenty of comfortable sunny areas. The views are amazing across the sea to the mountains. Locally there is everything we needed and Trogir, Split and Kraka National Park are all easily accessible, but we had rented cars, which is very reasonable in Croatia at present. All in all, a wonderful, fun-filled holiday for our family in this delightful and interesting part of Croatia.

A memorable stay

We had such an enjoyable holiday at seget vranjica. The villa is amazing with everything that you need for an enjoyable holiday . The host was very attentive and did everything he could to help. Seget vranjica is a restful beautiful and relaxing resort with several good bars and restaurants . Everyone was so friendly . There is a water taxi to Trogir which leaves every 2 hours and takes about 45 minutes . Just a short walk away is a bigger beach area with inflatables and paddle boards for hire and a cafe bar in the shade which was very welcome . We didn’t have a car so stayed local but lots of places to visit further afield if you have transport. We highly recommend this villa and would give it a5 star rating .

Incredible stay in Seget Vranjica

Fantastic communication with the property host from the minute we booked the Villa. Welcome snacks and drinks on arrival and even drove a few of us to the supermarket on our first morning. Couldn’t fault the host, thank you The Villa is incredible, perfect location within walking distance to 4 restaurants all serving really great food. The Villa is extremely clean, well equipped and ideal for groups looking for a relaxing holiday. We wouldn’t change a thing Thanks again!!

Wonderful villa, great spot, amazing views, super holiday!!

This villa was gorgeous and we were impressed with everything; the cleanliness, the comfort, the quiet neighbourhood and all the facilities. Our host was so kind and really went out of his way to help us have a wonderful holiday. He took us to the supermarket as we did not have a car and even looked after our suitcases and met us at the airport!! He answered all questions swiftly and gave great advice and a much appreciated array of food when we arrived late!! The air conditioning in the villa worked brilliantly and there were outdoor areas to offer shade when needed. The pool was perfect, a great temperature, the barbecue was great and we loved spotting lizards! The position of the villa is amazing, few minutes walk to a beach, to a supermarket, bakers and restaurants. We loved the restaurant Konoba Ribar and returned twice. We thought prices seemed cheaper than in England. We got the boat taxi to Trogir which was great fun. It was hourly and 30 kuna for a single (approx £3.50). We enjoyed swimming in the sea and found the beaches on the opposite side from the villa easier to get in as a shelving beach (we used beach shoes!). We found all the Croatian people to be friendly and welcoming and would love to return.

Tolles Haus mit super Pool.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern (10 bis 17 Jahre) und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist klasse und zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Meter Fußweg. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, daher alles in allem klar 5 Sterne von uns für diese Unterkunft!!!

Utmärkt boende

Utmärkt boende med pool och närhet till havet. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Villa Silvio. Trevlig ägare som tog emot oss när vi kom och visade oss runt i huset. Kom även efter någon dag och kollade så att allt fungerade. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum till varje sovrum. Bra restauranger på gångavstånd samt bageri och närbutik. Hyrbil rekommenderas men ägaren ordnar transport från och till Splits flygplats i utkanten av Trogir. Restid ca 15 minuter.

Super Villa

Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Würden eś mit ruhigen Gewissen jedem weiter empfählen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die vorherigen Bewertungen beschreiben das Haus sehr gut und treffend. LG an Vermieter , haben uns sehr wohl in deinem Haus gefüllt. Vielleicht sieht man sich ja irgendwann mal wieder.

Comfortable, flexible accommodation in a great location

Us, 2 daughters and their friends and brother in law shared the villa for a week. The accommodation was perfect. Comfortable beds, great showers, air con, lots of outside space and a great pool for cooling off. A 15 minute drive from Trogir and easy distance from Krka and Split. The sea is a 2 minute walk, shops and tavernas 5-10. A great find.

Excellent property, splendid location.

Per the other reviews on this site, the property is extremely well positioned, extremely well organised, and extremely well looked after. Vjeko was an excellent host, making sure we knew where everything was, how it worked, and treated us to some much appreciated delicacies on arrival. The organisation of the property into self-contained units meant that our older children could have a good degree of autonomy, and there was plenty of space for our family of five to spend enough - but not too much - time together! Trogir is a must see, just along the coast. Take the boat from Camp Belvedere, as arriving by sea to the promenade is a fabulous way to see the town and begin exploring. Split is also wonderful, and also the Krka national park is worth a slightly longer trip out. All in all, an excellent holiday in an exceptional property.

A perfect House and a superb housekeeper

We, a 3-generation family with 6 adults and 4 children ages 4-9 years, had a wonderful week in this House. The House is in a quiet area very close to the sea. The House is modern furnished and has all the amenities you could wish for. The outline of the House and the plot is perfect, despite the relatively small surface. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed on the deck. There are plenty of outdoor areas and from the House is a lovely view of a Bay and You can see the sun setting in the West. Vjekoslav is a superb owner and housekeeper. His willingness to help and make our stay into an unforgettable experience knew no bounds. An example of this is that on our arrival was the fridge filled with miscellaneous foods and drinks. What a service! We want to give the best recommendations to this House. Janne / Sweden

Super Gastgeber, tolle Lage

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und top gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. In wenigen Minuten ist der Strand und ein paar gute Restaurant erreichbar. Kann das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter Empfehlen.
