With plenty of DVDs and shows available, movie nights are a breeze, and the private back balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching for local wildlife—lucky guests might even catch glimpses of elk, moose, and eagles.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic hikes and diving rock at Phelps Lake, just 12 miles north, are well worth the drive in your 4x4. If you’re in the mood for an evening of fiddling, storytelling, and yodeling along with a delicious dinner, head to Bar J Chuckwagon Suppers, just two miles south.

Nice condo overlooking a stream

Nice condo with everything you need for a base camp when exploring the region (even a water & dryer) Only issue was mattress & pillows were firmer & sheets stiffer.

Great location with great views

This set of condos is along a very quiet road, and this particular unit has an excellent view of the river, meadow and mountains. (some other units are only looking at trees). We were able to see several moose along the river during our stay, and a large herd of elk on the other side of the river in the meadow. Furnishings were great and the bed was quite comfortable. We would totally stay here again.

Great location

The place was small and run down a bit and the loft in the photos is honestly pretty useless…and the bathroom has a smell of sewer gas. But opening the windows works well and quickly. The views and the birds are absolutely amazing and the neighborhood is fantastic. Despite the above we loved our stay.

Great location and balcony views

The only thing I would recommend is a new smart lock system. We had to press random buttons while leaving to get it to lock. A deadbolt on the main door would also be appreciated so guests can have a piece of mind.

One big problem

It has a lovely location with a large bay window overlooking the creek. We had many great sightings of moose, foxes, and many birds. However it needs some maintenance that would prevent me from ever renting there again. The bathroom shower faucet is not functioning properly. They have have a sign posted instructing you how to use the faucet to get enough hot water for a shower. This did not work for us. We barely were able to get thru one shower with hot water then had to wait hours for the hot water to replenish. In addition, on our last night there I was awakened at 4 am to a heavy drip from the shower. After turning the shower on and off a few times it finally stopped. My real point is that they know there is an issue with the shower handle, as evidenced by the sign posted there, yet have not bothered to fix it. We would not return there, or frankly, rent a unit managed by Vacasa after seeing how they maintain the units they manage.

Pleasantly surprised

This little condo is a great place for 2. Newer appliances & nice TV package. Comfortable furnishings & the kitchen was well supplied. We like to eat at home at least once a day when we travel. However, here we found it easy to Make picnic meals for hiking in the Tetons & Yellowstone as well. Nice neighbors, although it is a condo community and you’ll have the occasional accidental car alarm. LOTS of wildlife to be seen. Moose, Eagle, deer, birds of all species. Right from the balcony. Love the Wilson location so nice not to have to go into Jackson for everything.

GTNP Vacation

Great location to GTNP, able to make multiple trips to GTNP each day. The condo view over looking Fish Creek and meadow was great. Saw wildlife from the balcony. Great neighborhood and quite.

Amazing Views and Wildlife

We loved our stay at Thimbleberry in The Aspens! The view could not have been better with wildlife such as moose, elk, fox, deer, and even a bear right in the yard. All amenities are thoughtfully provided including local chocolates and coffee. Location is perfect between Teton Village and Jackson with access to Grand Teton NP from either side though we suggest the Moose Wilson Rd entrance just north of Teton Village for better wildlife viewing. We favored preparing meals in the condo with incredible sunsets and the sounds of the flowing creek. Local Vacasa management was always very prompt in responding to any questions. Book this place now if you’re lucky enough to find it available!

A lovely place along the banks of the river. Small but completely adequate and exactly as advertised. We would stay here again!

This location is fabulous for viewing wildlife, There is an unobstructed view of the mountains, a meadow and a fast flowing creek. We saw moose,elk, deer, bald eagles, all from our balcony.

This condo was quiet, clean, spacious for two people, had more than adequate supplies and the view was fabulous! We enjoyed our entire four day stay. The location was perfect for us to enjoy all of the activities that we wanted to participate in. The only maintenance issue was that the windows were a bit difficult to shut completely when we left. We thank the owner for sharing their home with us!

What we were not prepared for was the amazing view and location of this unit. The picture of the view does not do it justice. We had an incredible time looking out through the large window seat, watching wildlife less than 15 yards away. One day we saw a heard of elk cross right across the water in front of us. It was quite a sight. We highly recommend this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, outside of bustle of Jackson - easy access to Grand Teton Park through back entrance. Very nice view of Fish Creek and valley. However, unit is very dated and dark - minimal lighting. Bedroom extremely small and cramped. Weather was hot while we were there and no AC made it uncomfortable during the day. Unit needs a facelift to brighten it up and make it more appealing. Kitchen was adequately equipped, microwave very small, etc. Like the Aspens, but would not stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Thimbleberry condo in The Aspens was great! The mountian view from our balcony was fabulous! We enjoyed the many hummingbirds, deer, and moose that made their appearances! The condo was comfortably furnished, with nearly everything we needed. (We did buy a few needed items - a cooler, a screwdriver and a hibachi grill, which we donated to the condo upon departure.) The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils, and the laundry facilities were a bonus. We enjoyed our vacation immensely! The property management contact, Courtney, was very helpful and responsive. We would love to come again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking was limited. We were lucky to find a space after being gone for the day. The bed was great but the sheets did not fit properly. Not good quality either. The $180 cleaning fee was outrageous for such a small condo. I have a 5 bedroom/4 bath house, 3,500 square feet and the cleaning fee is less! Also, when I initially asked about the distance to Yellowstone National Park, I was told 1 hour 45 is much farther away! 3 1/2 hours. Big difference.
