A large 200 m² house, typical of the Oisans region, carefully restored

A spacious vacation rental located in the heart of a mountain village, ideal for active vacations and/or exploring the region: a complete change of scenery. The entire property is available for rent: 200 m², 5 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 12 people.

At an elevation of 1,200 meters, on the approach to the Col d’Ornon in the middle of a typical mountain hamlet, you’ll be surrounded by nature, with hiking trails starting right from the cottage.

- Just a 5-minute drive from the Col d’Ornon ski resort (a small, family-friendly resort where you can enjoy cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, and more).
- 20 minutes from the “Eau d’Olle Express” gondola in Allemond, which provides access to the Alpe d’Huez ski area
- 30 minutes from the Alpe d’Huez resort; 30 minutes from the Vénosc gondola, which provides access to the Deux Alpes resort
- Summer activities: hiking (the Taillefer Plateau and Lac Fourchu, Lac de Lauvitel, Notre Dame de la Salette, the Écrins…), cycling (the Alpe d’Huez climb, the Col d’Ornon…), trail running, mountain biking, rock climbing
- All shops are a 15-minute drive away in Bourg d’Oisans.

The cottage has been converted from an old, traditional Oisans-style building. The renovation was carried out with care, respecting the mountain style. The cottage has been awarded the “Marque Esprit Parc National” certification.

- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker...)
- 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one large bedroom sleeping 6 and one bedroom sleeping 4, each with its own shower room)
- 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, each with its own shower room)
- a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
- a vaulted cellar, ski or bike storage room

The house is available for a minimum of 3 nights in winter and 4 nights in summer. Check-in and check-out are available any day of the week.

A staff member is available in the village to welcome you and answer any questions you may have about the region, as well as provide contacts for mountain guides.

High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber) is available, but there is no television.
Sheets and towels are included in the rental.
The house must be left clean (cleaning supplies are provided).
