- Bedroom 1: large master suite of 23m2 with a queen size160x200 bed and its private bathroom / wc, dressing room, television
- Bedroom 2 : attic with a queen size 160x200 bed, dressing room
- Bedroom 3 : attic with a queen size 160x200 bed , a desk with its armchair and a dressing room

The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.) and opens onto a very bright television room.

For even more comfort, a second bathroom with an Italian shower and a second separate toilet complete our flat.

The configuration and the beautiful volumes make the flat a comfortable HOLIDAY RENTAL for a large FAMILY or 3 COUPLES OF FRIENDS.

And if you are a musician, why not take advantage of the PIANO to start a recital !!!

# THE SURROUNDINGS

A Casino Shop supermarket is just opposite the residence for emergency shopping, while a Leclerc hypermarket is 2 km away.
You will also find many SHOPS in the neighbourhood, including a well-known baker and confectioner.

The beaches of Anglet are 10 minutes away by car and Biarritz is 15 minutes away, while the Bayonne train station is 850m from the flat.

# RENTAL CONDITIONS :

- LINEN is NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. It is an OPTIONAL service.
For your stay, you can :
> either bring your OWN bed linen and towels
> or RENT LINEN KITS from the dry cleaners which will be installed on your arrival (rental up to 1 week : 35€ per double bed, additional week +15€ per bed).
The linen kit includes bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow case), bathroom linen (1 shower sheet and 1 towel per person), bath mats and dish towels.
The rented linen must be returned in good condition on departure.
If you prefer to bring your own linen, the use of fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases is compulsory for reasons of hygiene (a sleeping bag is not sufficient).

- Following the reservation, the tenant will receive a REGISTRATION FORM to be filled in with these details and a scan of his/her ID to validate the stay.

- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 1.500€ by credit card imprint (not debited) will be requested before arrival (3D secure authorization link).
It will be returned after the accommodation has been checked by the cleaning team. Your credit card will not be debited (except of course in case of damages noticed after your stay).
