- Beds: 1 sofa bed in 140 in the living room, bedroom 1 bed in 180 or 2 beds in 90 (to be defined when booking) + a cot for baby.
- kitchen: classic coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, gas stove, fridge freezer, washing machine, table with 4 chairs, complete crockery, iron and ironing board.
- Living room: sofa, TV, wifi, armchair and coffee table.
-bathroom: washbasin, Italian shower and toilet.
- 2 terraces: one with garden furniture and pergola with retractable canvas and the other under an awning with a round table and 4 chairs.
- Garden, bowling green (boules provided), trampoline and swimming pool shared with the owners.

- mini farm with about twenty chickens, 2 geese and 2 sheep.

15 kms from Lauzerte (listed medieval city), 8 kms from Moissac, 35 kms from Cahors and Montauban.
Electricity billed on an actual basis (meter in the cottage) at 0.30 €/kw.
Minimum booking 4 nights.
A deposit of 50€ will be requested on arrival for cleaning, it will be returned if the cleaning is done.
Dirty household linen will be washed by the owners.
