Twenty One, the charming historic pre-war building. Located in the heart of downtown Greenwich, CT. Tucked away quietly off lower Greenwich Avenue. This newly furnished, second floor unit (non elevator building) offers charm, convenience and privacy. With a plethora of the most coveted restaurants and shops that Greenwich has to offer all within a block walking distance to the train station.. A car is not even needed for your next visit!

Within the unit: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a separate space that dually provides private work space with large desk, used as roomy area for changing or stretching. Fully stocked with fresh, quality linens. This property is hard to resist!
2nd floor walk up building.

Fantastic Stay during Christmas

Kim is a super host and the location is perfect for access to shopping and dining. The facility is charming and quite. I slept for over 8 hours each night, super comfy bed.

Promise less, deliver more!. Totally met and beyond.Absolute gem in the middle of downtown Greenwich. Everything is nearby with apartment fully stocked. Owner available immediately by phone for any question. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend to any friend/family.

Kimberly was great. I had to change my dates last minute and she helped me to do this. The apartment is in a great location right off Grenich ave. Great for shopping, eating and Just walking. Would def stay again.

Perfect location!

Kim's apartments are the best! Fitted out with all the essentials including a kitchenette, full bath, and separate work area, it was the absolute perfect apartment for my needs. I was in Greenwich for a month for work and couldn't have found a better spot. Central to everything you'd want to be near - right off of Greenwich Ave, walking distance to great restaurants, CVS, Whole Foods, the train station, and more! Absolutely book it, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect stay

This was a perfect location for us. The apartment is perfectly situated between Fairfield county and Westchester county so we could visit friends and family easily. It’s walkable to downtown Greenwich and its shopping and restaurants. The unit is small but it was only the two of us. I was working during the week and there was a good deal area for that. The host was very responsive and gave us good advice on where to park as the unit has no parking.

Lovely Apt. Near Greenwich Ave and Train Station

My sister and I stayed here for my 50th high school reunion. Great spot! Clean and uncluttered unit. Kitchen with all the basic amenities needed. Appreciated small thoughtful things like motion sensor night light and extra pillows. Accommodating host on site. Highly recommend Mediterranean restaurant on the corner half a block away.

Highly RECOMMEND! This apartment was SOUP to NUTS brand NEW and CLEAN! Super safe and beautiful quiet block in picturesque idyllic block 1 step away from all the hottest bars and stores. Kim, the owner was extremely kind and made the booking process extremely fast and easy. Probably spoiled and will never be able to rent something as beautiful and clean. You will not regret this quiet and perfect spacious jewel of an apartment! A+

Amazing home and even better host!

I stayed here for 3 weeks as I settled into Greenwich. The home was right off the main strip. Everything was in walking distance! There are so many restaurant choices right by the home. The house was cozy, clean, and bigger than we expected. Kim was very responsive, helpful, and checked on us often. She was so generous with her extra amenities as well. I’m going to miss this gem! Highly recommend!!

Perfect in Every Way

Summarizing our experience at this property will not do it justice. Everything was simply perfect in every way. The location of the building was perfect, the decor and cleanliness was perfect, the location of parking was perfect , and most of all, the professionalism and accessibility of Kim was truly perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Our trip to Connecticut was enriched by making this our home base. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Clean, bright and wonderful location

I would come back. The host was so helpful (10 out of 5 stars). The location is amazing and everything is very clean and well maintained.
