Very quiet area. Close access to downtown as well as some of the distilleries. Parking onsite was much appreciated. There was a pizza place called Davinci’s that is a must to go to. Great pizza and affordable. Did offer beer and wine.

This property was sold as a condo. It is an old run down apartment complex in what appears to be a scetchy neighborhood. The apartment itself was clean B but I don’t think was worth 125 per night

Hey there Lisa! So sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. I do wish you would have reached out while you were with us and let us know how unhappy you were. Our condo is part of Thistleton Terrace Condominiums Inc. And we definite to pay condo dues every month on our rental. We would not portray our property as something that it is not. You are free to look the condo association up and verify its existence. We do hope that you were able to make the best of your stay in Frankfort for an affordable rate. Hotels are much more expensive here and you do not get over 500 sf of living space with kitchen and living room. Hoping you made it home safely. Take care.

This was our third time staying at this place for a bourbon trip. Overall it is a good value, has the basics and close to distilleries.

Great place to explore Kentucky

Great stay, as advertised. A few small, minor things kept it from being five stars, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is our 4th time staying at this property and definitely not our last. Kelley is fantastic! There is a wonderful pizza joint within walking distance. Buffalo Trace is about 5-6 min drive. Poppy ‘s Bakery ( thank you Kelley for the delicious surprise on our door Saturday morning) is a must and we found a hole in the wall joint for breakfast not far down the road, Shelby’s. Would we recommend this property to stay… ABSOLUTELY!!!

The condo was good for an overnight stay. The owners were very responsive & kind. Very close to just about anything you want to do. The price was good for the accommodations. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great Little Spot

Enjoyed our brief stay here, just enough space to come back and rest to in between activities. Very clean, easy to access, and host took care of everything upon leaving making it super simple.

This is a renovated old apartment building but it has everything you need! Close to all the distilleries and the rest of the Frankfort area attractions. It was quiet and served its purpose well! Honestly, the hardest part was finding it. GPS got confused but the host helped us!

Bourbon trail

Check-in was smooth. We loved the fact we didn’t need to do dishes or worry about the trash at checkout. The TV service was just OK, but the WiFi was great. Would stay here again.

Convenient little place and exactly what we needed

Host was very responsive and fixed the heater/air conditioner because the fan had been squeaking. He was super nice and very helpful. Great little place.

Will come back!

My husband and I were very pleased with the place. Very clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to go to Buffalo Trace every morning to stand in their line! We will definitely stay here again, if we do this kind of trip again.

As advertised

The unit was comfortable and felt like home. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. It was great to find a place with a comfortable king size bed. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

The apartment was very well-appointed and comfortable, but wish it had a toaster and a tea kettle.

Very convenient location. Will probably use it again in May for grandson’s graduation.

Great little condo

Nicely appointed one bedroom condo with a comfortable king size bed. It was perfect for us since the only time we planned to be in the condo was to sleep. Location is perfect for Buffalo Trace and other distilleries. The condo complex is older but for the price you can’t beat it! We will definitely stay there again!

Amazing

This condo was perfect for just the two of us! It was quiet and well prepared for us to stay there. It’s just outside of downtown Frankfort but also close enough to the other side of town to go out to eat, get groceries, etc. We were very pleased with our stay and would 100% stay here again.

Kentucky Bourbon Trip

Overall the unit was as advertised in the listing. Conveniently located by the highway and distilleries. If we come back to Frankfort, we would consider booking this unit again.

Little gem

We were a little nervous when we pulled in as the apartments across the street look like low income, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay. We found the condo to be very clean. There a few restaurants within walking distance and Buffalo Trace is just down the street. We absolutely hope to stay here when we visit Frankfort again.

Quaint little place

Overall for the money the place was decent. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked one day while there. I did communicate with the property manager that did their best to help us out with that. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. We always came back before dark so no worries for us.

We didn't get an exact address tell the day before arrival. So no looking up street view. The unit was clean and the building itself shows it age. Wasn't a bad neighborhood felt safe. No real bad issues.

Hosts were amazing

Overall, the condo complex is a little dated and run down and could use a facelift. The condo unit itself fit our needs perfectly. We pretty much needed a homebase while in the area and this worked just fine. It's cozy, but provides more space than a hotel room. For the price, it was spot on. The hosts were great. We accidently left an item when we checked out. They mailed it back to us (no charge) and we had it in just a couple of days. I would stay there again if we ever return to the area.

Burbon & Golf Trip

Kelly was great to work with and quick to respond! Unit was very clean and just as advertised. Area looks a little shady, but we had no problems. Even met a couple of the neighbors. Very convenient to everything we wanted. Only issue we had was the TV. I'm not up to date with internet TV, so could not watch NCAA playoffs. No problems watched at restaurants during dinner. My wife & I stayed 3 night & would stay again. Paul

Weekend Trip

The area seemed a little sketchy when we pulled up, but had no issues. The room was a good price but the cleanliness was not up to my standards. The bathroom smelled so strong of urine. The shower and frig were clean. There were several dead bugs on the ground, by the windows. The couch had several stains and there were a few black hairs on our sheets (looked like cat hair.)
