We are thrilled to share our gorgeous lakefront property with you! 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with TVs in every bedroom, upper and lower decks with grill, hot tub, fire pits, screened-in porch with outdoor flatscreen TV, 2 large living areas with flatscreen TVs, a massive theater room with 120-inch projector screen and 10 reclining theater seats, 2 kitchens fully stocked with cooking equipment, kayaks and a paddle boat, 2-stall boat dock and swimming area… There is something for everyone!

House was perfect for a winter/Christmas get-away. The fireplace was lovely and the house is well appointed. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is wonderful for our group. We hope to come again!

We stayed here in Hot Springs, Arkansas over Thanksgiving with our family, and it was a lovely place to spend the holiday. The home was clean, cute, and comfortable — it felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The lake views were beautiful and added so much to our stay.We had no maintenance issues at all, the Wi-Fi worked great, and everything we needed was readily available. The only small downside was that we couldn’t get the living room fireplace to work. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it would have been a nice touch during a chilly holiday stay.Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place in Hot Springs with a wonderful view!

Perfect space to host a big group/family gathering. Each room gets their own bathroom, two kitchens, two common/living spaces, multiple floors, large deck spaces and levels, and plenty of activities on the property to spread out and not feel like we’re in each other’s space. Ice maker machines in both kitchens which was so nice with the warm weather & having enough ice for cold drinks and fill up coolers. Having access to a boat was really nice as well to enjoy the lake. Highly recommend & would rebook.

This has been my favorite Vrbo booking yet! The check in process was a breeze and Monica was very helpful and responsive. The property itself was equipped with everything you would need. The views were awesome and there was plenty of room for everyone. Overall, it was a beautiful home and was perfect for our family trip! Can’t wait to visit again.

Peaceful Lake House, Perfect for Families

My family visited for a week and had an amazing time at this house. It had everything we needed and more! The layout was great for a big group, with everyone able to spread out for alone time or all come together, and easily accommodated different sleeping hours without disturbing anyone. The deck was fabulous, probably the best outdoor living space I’ve experienced. It rained most days we were there and sitting in the hot tub watching the rain was very peaceful. The house was clean and cozy. We rented the pontoon for two days and enjoyed it as well. The location is great, on a small, quiet cove, and Monica was very fast and helpful responding when we had a question.

Lovely stay. Amazing house!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host communicated well. They have a lot of rules but I understand because that's the only way you can keep your property looking as beautiful as it is. The water views were wonderful. There were soooooo many amenities!

Weekend Family Reunion

We had five mostly retired couples reuniting for an annual get-together. The grounds were beautiful and the property was quiet, at the end of a point on the lake so no traffic. The house was extremely well decorated inside with plenty of amenities, everything we could have wanted. All five bedrooms had nice private bathrooms and the bedding was comfortable. Each level had plenty of space both inside and outside (decks and patios and a huge hot tub) for lounging and visiting. It was also nice to have a covered permanent style dock on the water just below the house. The home theatre above the garage was off the charts fantastic with at least 10 big comfortable theatre style chairs to kick back in and the sound system was really great (must have had at least 20 speakers). This is a five star property in every way and was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!!!

Spring Break Family Trip

We selected this property for a family trip. We had family coming in from Kansas and we are from Missouri. Everyone really enjoyed the stay in the area and at the property. We explored Hot Springs one day, went to Crater of Diamonds State Park one day and then did some hiking. It is a wonderful area full of activities. The location of this house on Lake Hamilton is awesome. Having the hot tub to relax in was a bonus for us as everyone enjoyed it. This property fit our needs very well. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this property.

Beautiful lake property

This house was perfect for our group! We had 4 couples and loved that each room had an en-suite bathroom. Beautiful house and property. A ton of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We will definitely look to come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy it more!

We wanted to catch some snow for the first time, and boy did we!! This lake house was perfect. Such a beautiful home, and well stocked. Also, the beds were very comfy. We will definitely be booking again in the summer.

Hokiday Family gathering

Our family had a wonderful time. This property provided a great space for the teens to hang out and privacy for each family. The property was very close to everything and has great veiws and outdoor spaces. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake House

This property was the perfect house and location for our family Thanksgiving getaway. The home and surroundings are beautiful! Monica is a great host and very responsive to questions. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a bonus. She has a fully stocked kitchen!! Didn't need to travel with cooking dishes. I loved that everyone in our group had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The theater room was a hit with my boys. We will definitely stay here again!

Sisters retreat

The pictures do not do justice. This home is gorgeous and perfect in every way. It is the most perfectly equipped rental we have ever experienced. We said WOW so many times it seemed inadequate. You truly only need your food and clothes. They thought of EVERYTHING!! I hope everyone enjoys this house as much as we did.
