An ideal location and a very pleasant house to live with a special floor children full of jokes!
Only 150 m from the beach of Trez and restaurants, cinema, casino and thalassotherapy, you will enjoy a warm holiday without necessarily using your car!
This large house has on the ground floor:
- Living room with living room overlooking enclosed garden
- Equipped kitchen
- Double room (bed 140 cm)
- Powder room

On the 1st floor:
- Main room with lounge and dining area
- Equipped kitchen
- 1 double room with bed 160 cm
- 1 double room with 140 cm bed

On the 2nd floor:
- a superb children’s living space with a playroom covered with a net on which the most agile will feast with a 90 cm bed
- 1 double bedroom with 140 cm bed
- 1 single room with 130 cm bed
- A bathroom + shower
Parents can close the net if necessary.
