Built in the middle of a large garden of 1200 m2 enclosed, planted with trees and not overlooked, our house deploys on a surface of 95 m2 an equipped and functional kitchen opening onto a large living room and terrace, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom (bath and shower) and 1 separate toilet. In addition, a laundry room and a storage space is in the semi-underground basement. Possibility to park 2 cars in the garden.

The house is quietly located, in a cul-de-sac 1.5 kilometres from the lively village all year round, 10 minutes by road to the beautiful supervised beach of Les Granges or 20 minutes by bike via the protected cycle paths. La Chaume, the historic fishing village of Les Sables d'Olonne, is a 15-minute drive away. For hiking enthusiasts, many hiking trails wind between salt marshes, forests, sea and dunes. During the months of July and August, the Ile d'Olonne organises Wednesdays in the summer with entertainment every Wednesday evening.

In addition to the rental, you must plan for the tourist taxes to be paid on arrival.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
