Find the perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on Sanibel’s quiet west end. With only 9 units in the building, you’ll enjoy a private, peaceful setting—just steps from the Gulf of Mexico.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi and cable TV, stock up with grocery delivery from nearby markets, or make yourself at home in the bright, sun-filled end unit with extra windows and a fully screened lanai offering Gulf views.

The complex includes a heated pool, and elevator access. From here, you’ll have private beach access to world-class shelling, endless sunsets, and plenty of space to relax. Sanibel’s bike paths, wildlife refuge, golf and tennis clubs, fishing, and local restaurants are all close by.

Unit 103 is located just feet from the beach, on the first floor up one flight of stairs, with elevator access at both ends of the open-air hallway. A private parking space is included with your stay.

Whether you’re working remotely, exploring the island, or simply soaking in the sunsets, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

For extended stays, we also offer a single-family home available for monthly rentals.

Beach life!

Beautiful views of the Gulf and right on the beach. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. We all enjoyed a full week of rest and relaxation.

Loved our stay at Sayana

Awesome vacation

My kids and I stayed at this condo. Everyone loved the feeling of home away from home. We loved the ease to get to beach and town. Everyone felt very safe staying here. The views are amazing and the vibe is relaxing. Just what we were looking for!

Girls Trip to Sanibel

This property was amazing! Close to the water, perfect for shopping, eating, sightseeing. Can't imagine anyplace could have been better. The condo was recently beautifully completed after the hurricane hits and a fantastic job was done! The owner was tiptop on communication and helpfulness (even though we had to bother her a couple of times) Always understanding and helpful! I would recommend this place over and over again and hope we get a chance to return. One of the best if not THE BEST!!!

great family vacation

We loved the condo. A great location with quick easy access to the beach as well as close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The beach was never overcrowded - enjoyed taking walks and shelling. We really liked the beach closet which was fully stocked with gear for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc - anything you might need! This was our first trip to Sanibel and we will be returning and would definitely stay here again.

Sanibel West Gulf Beach

Great location in a quiet 9-unit building on the beach with a nice building pool. We appreciated the beautiful view overlooking the garden and ocean. We enjoyed our meals on the screened-in lanai and appreciated the light-filled corner unit. Well-stocked condo made it an easy family beach destination.

Very nice vacation

The room was very nice and clean. I gave cleanliness 3 stars not due to the room, but the outside where a common trash can was overflowing for days and I thought the locker area could have been hosed down or swept of sand.

Absolutely perfect!

When this says steps from the beach it means mere STEPS! So close and perfect for our two kids under 5. Everything you need in the closet for beach toys, kites, towels, chairs, umbrella, pack n play; this is a one stop shop. We will definitely be staying here again!! Also super close to tons of restaurants which we biked to every day!

Fantastic Week Away

I can't say enough good things about this condo right on a beautiful beach. My family had a wonderful time and loved everything about the condo. It was big enough for us to spread out and had every thing we could possibly need, right down to the laundry detergent, soap, towels and a special welcome gift. We definitely recommend renting this property and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great Condo on the Beach

Everything about the Condo was great Kitchen clean and well stocked to cook and dine in!! Location was the best!! Few steps to the Beach! Very quiet area! Only like 9 privately owned Condo’s! Well stocked for Towels-Beach chairs-etc! Great tennis court & pool also! We hated to leave! Thanks Kristine for letting us share your Condo!!!

Everything one needs or wants!

This is by far the BEST condo we've stayed in during our years of summer vacations in Florida. There was nothing we wanted that wasn't in the unit -- everything from luxurious beds to fully-stocked kitchen. The storage unit was loaded with beach gear as well -- sun umbrellas, chairs, tube float, and noodles. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again.

Great family vacation

The condo was well maintained with beautiful gulf views and easy access to the beach. There was plenty of space on the beach with families every 10 yards or farther and most times we were the only people at the pool. The condo was also well equipped with everything that we needed for the stay, such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher and laundry soap, spices for cooking, beach gear, nightlights in all rooms and even a travel crib for our baby. The keyless entry and checkin made it very convenient. The host was very responsive to questions. Overall, we loved it there and would return.

Relaxing, enjoyable vacation

We stayed 7 nights, family of 4 with 2 teens. The condo is spacious, great location with short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, the coffee maker could have been better, but there are 2, one keurig and a coffee maker. Beds were comfortable. There is beach gear outside, such as chairs and umbrella. We rented bikes for the week and were able to ride to different places to eat, shop. Pretty centrally located. The bike trails are great, but it is very hot. The beach was great and so relaxing. No issues with booking this condo and I even had to change the dates. Thanks for a great week.

Perfect Condo

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations! Gulf view amazing! We ended up flying in instead of driving and condo had it all! Everything for beach days including umbrella and foldable wagon and coolers enough for drinks and sandwiches. Shelling amazing! Pool was perfect for early morning and evening. We swam in gulf during the day. Easy access to everything and traditions next door is pricey but amazing food, drink, and entertainment. Super clean, well stocked. If you don’t book here you are truly missing out! Flawless check in as well. We will definitely book again if we can find availability this one is a gem! Owner checked in with us via message day after arrival and we were so pleased with her hospitality!

Beautiful rental, right off beach

Great condition, beautifully decorated, true to the pictures. Balcony has view of the ocean, right off the beach. We had a tortoise in the backyard! This was a bit pricier than other comparable rentals, but everything was booking fast! On the higher side of our budget for # of beds, plan ahead! Quiet facility with other families. Easy check in process, although only uses keypad - kept thinking there was a key in the box to get into downstairs storage but never figured that out. Nice, clean pool on site. Could use a bit more stocking of kitchen utensils, pans and storage supplies but we added some. There was no need to reach owners, messages through vrbo were sufficient. This area was great for daily beach going but a bit farther from the shops and restaurants so we drove to most of those, did rent bikes and ride those a couple of days to explore. We LOVE Sanibel!!! Beautiful rental and soo many pretty shells found on the beach at this property! Very satisfied!

Gorgeous ocean front unit! Had absolutely all the amenities to make a for a great trip! The location was perfect, the space was plentiful, and the ocean view from the master bedroom and the lanai were incredible! There is still quite a bit of construction around the building and area, but sanibel looks like it’s coming back alive. Our host, Kristine, was extremely responsive to any questions we had! We will absolutely stay here again! You will not regret staying here, we will be back!

Wonderful Location

Great property. Very comfortable. Owner has gone out of their way to try to provide all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for meal prep. There were plenty of beach supplies. We didn't want for anything. We enjoyed our time there and would use the location again.

The BEST!

Everything you need is right here. The accommodations were perfect for my family. Close to beach, restaurants and anything we wanted to visit. Everything needed for cooking and spending quality time with each other. Any questions were promptly answered. We will be back.

Wonderful

Excellent location and unit was very clean. Building only has nine units so very quiet and peaceful. Easy access with stairs or elevator. Covered parking. Pool and grounds were very well kept.

Wonderful stay!

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and happy stay at Sanibel! We especially loved the view from the lanai, the close proximity to the beach, the keyless entry, the cleanliness of the unit, and it’s location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the owner was excellent.
