Great Group Getaway

We have tried to create a place where groups can come to gather, educate, be inspired and share. We have a full function kitchen, two living/gathering areas. 5 bedrooms and additional bed options in the living spaces. There is also a heated three car garage that has been converted into a place where large groups can gather, teens can hang out and littles can play. We have portable table and chairs to accommodate a large group. The garage has a chalkboard and a make shift stage. There is a printer and wireless high speed wifi available. The downstairs living space has a projector that has a roku, dvd player and also can be hooked to computer. We can also stage the area according to the needs of your group. We have PE toys, other toys, office supplies, etc. that we can leave in the house if you prearrange it with the owner. We have used it for classes of all kinds, team gatherings, family reunions, recitals, and more.

Great overnight getaway too short

We had a great time in Soldotna. The accommodations were comfortable and four teenage boys found plenty to do inside and out. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Touring chamber orchestra

This property has become a much looked forward to staple of the Anchorage Bowl Chamber Orchestra's annual Kenai Peninsula tour. It's clean, ideally located, has ton of sleeping space, multiple large hangout areas, and Lisa continues to be a real pleasure to work with. Will definitely return.

The perfect setting

The home was exactly what our large family needed as a home base for our week on the Kenia Peninsula. It was warm, welcoming, well-equipped with everything we needed, and central to all of the activities we wanted to do. I would stay here again.

Great place in easy locT

Had a fabulous time at this cozy home! Lisa was very quick to respond to questions. Easily fit our group of 9 around the dining table with room to spare. Would recommend this place to others.

Roomy property with pleasant hosts

The property was clean and tidy. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Any questions were promptly answered and small issues were corrected as soon as possible. Highly recommend!!

Alaska family fishing trip

We were very pleased with this property. We were 3 different families and there was 10 people total that stayed here and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the living room downstairs with the projector. The freezers in the garage were a huge bonus!

Family reunion

We love to get a cabin or two every year for fishing and this year we had out of stay family join in. The home was perfect for us and we had a lovely time. We had ages ranging from 68-6 months and everyone had a comfortable place with room to spare!

Great house for large groups!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for a fishing trip with 14 people! For 13 men it was a little snug on the sleeping arrangements but ended up working out! House was well stocked with various items in the kitchen and lots of games! Lisa was super responsive and kind! Would definitely stay here again!!

Very satisfied repeat customer

My large group loves this place! Lots of beds and tons of space in the garage for overflow. Quick and easy communication with the host, and they even accommodated my special request! Very clean. Great location. Close enough to Soldotna/Kenai for convenience, far enough away to be quiet. Will return.

Worked out great

The host were great, easy to contact and even made sure we did not need anything. We traveled with my friend family and her in laws and there was plenty space for all of us. The property worked out week for party of 9 and the kids loved the room with a projector.

Perfect for a group gathering

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. There is plenty of room and it's really set up for a group. It has A well-stocked kitchen which we really appreciated with plenty of dishes for the group. Lots of nooks and crannies for people to stay in as well. The garage is set up for a place to socialize away from the house which is really handy! The grandkids also managed to find toys that were in the house and they very much appreciated having those available. Highly recommend! Lisa was wonderful to work with and again, we enjoyed our stay!

ABCO 9th Annual Kenai Peninsula Tour

I believe this was our 3rd stay at this property and we plan to return! It has plenty of sleeping and hangout spaces for our large group, and has been very clean every time. The location is in a quiet and pleasant suburb, but not too far from the highway or Soldotna. Lisa was great about communicating how a groundwater flood may affect the space and our stay, but her team worked hard to clean it up and we wouldn't have even noticed had she not said anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Best price for a huge geoup

We are so very thankful for the price point. Hockey travel is so expensive and to find this place was a dream. The layout was great, the projector was huge hit, and the garage was the best!!!! Also the master bath with the Jacuzzi was cool.. A few small notes. A bigger tv in the living room would be nice , a shovel ( couldn’t find one) , the deck was huge - would have been nice if shoveled- but other than that it was great and I’ll keep this place in mind for future events!

The Herd does Alaska!

The property and house were fantastic!!! Lisa is an EXCELLENT hostess. Very quick to reply and helpful. Perfect place for bigger families/ groups to stay and not feel like they are on top of each other. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, plenty of full bathrooms! 🙌🏼, great location too off K-beach road! Our kids loved the little homey touches- the book title stairs were adorable. Our littles loved being able to play outside and run around and then wind down after a long day with a movie on the projector screen tv! The mama moose with twin calf’s out our back window were a special treat the little kids loved ❤️ Would totally stay here again and have already told my Alaska family if they need place for people to stay while visiting that this place excellent!!

Great place

Huge! Plenty of room for large groups. Needed five beds for five men that didn't want to sleep in the same bed or sleep on the top bunk. No problem. Very comfortable with lots of pots and pans. Would book for next year but is booked for our dates over a year in advance.
