This penthouse chalet has a private rooftop that is accessible from the chalet and with a clear visible view of the compound and sea!
The chalet is entirely brand-new, which includes all the furniture, appliances, cutlery, linen.
The compound is very well taken care of with outstanding facilities and greenery everywhere! On top of that all, there is a huge heated pool!

- Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV cable and TV in room, A/C installed, ceiling fan installed.
- Bedroom 2: Normal size bed, A/C installed, ceiling fan installed.
- Bedroom 3: Normal size bed, A/C installed, ceiling fan installed. This room has a pool view.
- Bathroom 1: En suite full bathroom with bathtub and heater installed.
- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with bathtub and heater installed.
- Living Room: TV installed with comfy couches that can fit up to 8 people. These couches can be extended into sofa beds.
- Storage Room: Not accessible to guests.
- Rooftop: Big private rooftop can be accessed through the chalet.
