Charming independent winegrower's house, in the heart of the village in the middle of the vineyards, between the Aude and the Canal du Midi.<br><br>All amenities are within walking distance (restaurants, shops and supermarkets).<br><br>The accommodations are spread over 2 levels.<br><br>On the first floor, a dining room with fully equipped open kitchen and a large living room with views of the garden and the swimming pool.<br><br>Upstairs, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom.<br><br>Outside, a landscaped garden without direct vis-à-vis and enclosed, a private swimming pool of 7 x 4 m with sunny wooden terraces and sunbeds.<br><br>The pool is not fenced but secured by an alarm.<br><br>A summer kitchen equipped with plancha, gas barbecue, refrigerator ... opens onto a shaded terrace with dining area.<br><br>Another semi-shaded terrace with hammock and lounge will allow you to relax and have an aperitif.<br><br>Bicycles and a stroller are at your disposal.<br><br>A local farmers' market every Friday evening from 5pm to 8pm on the church square a few steps from the house.<br><br>Ideal for discovering the region, its many tourist and cultural sites, its vineyards in Minervois, Corbières and Clape, and its beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.<br><br>A few minutes walk or bike ride from the pretty village of Somail, with its port and restaurants, you can walk along the Canal du Midi.<br><br>15 minutes from Narbonne with its cathedral, its boats along the Canal de la Robine and the Grands Buffets.<br><br>30 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan with its wooden chalets on stilts.<br><br>40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, and Spain is only an hour's drive away<br><br>House line (bed linen and towels) and housekeeping are optional and can be provided on request.
