Hello Marty , we went over and beyond to accommodate you and your guest . We came to the home and offered helped to work the Roku tv and find the channel you were looking for . There are additional garbage bags in the home , located under the sink . Also our kitchen is fully stocked with spoons , folks, knives and other cooking utensils. Also we do not advertise having a grill on site . Please leave honest reviews . Thank you

Hi thanks you for the feedback .not sure what was misleading? It was towel out and available in each bathroom as well as additional towels under each sink. We also, have detergent for washing clothes, dish soap and dishwasher pods in the home. Misleading would be not having the proper ammentient shown in the pictures. We over exactly what you see in the photos. Again thank you for your feedback. We will add additional trash bags tot he home .

We have now added more towels ! We have a fully stocked kitchen ! However , everything else is standard for most air Bnbs . A lot don’t offer coffee pods , just coffee machine. No dish pods , trash bag or dish towels . We appreciate your feedback! Thank you for your stay

It’s important for anyone reading this to understand that the review above appears to be written out of retaliation. The guest in question seems upset due to an issue between her and VRBO regarding insurance coverage, for which she mistakenly held me responsible. For clarity, our property is meticulously maintained, and we take pride in providing a clean and sanitized environment for each guest, every day. Contrary to the guest's claims, we do not have any form of rodent infestation on our property. Additionally, we have a Nest system installed in the hall and a brand-new AC unit, which was inspected and confirmed to be in perfect working order after this guest's stay. In fact, the guests who stayed immediately afterward (through Airbnb) left a glowing review, which stands as a testament to the quality of our home. It’s unfortunate that this guest did not fully read the details of the listing before booking, but I want to emphasize that the situation she described is entirely between her and VRBO. I appreciate your understanding and hope that future guests will see this for what it is: a frustrated guest retaliating over an issue that was beyond my control. Thank you.
