Our beautiful spacious, comfortable, boutique apartment is a newly renovated 3 level Penthouse, with private master bedroom balcony and breathtaking mountain views of the Andes.
The main level consists of the living room, equipped with fine furniture for your comfort, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area with a washing machine and drying area.
The entire second level is occupied by a bright, spacious, main suite Master Bedroom with high Cathedral ceilings, heating, and full en-suite luxury SPA bathroom with rainfall shower. You will also enjoy your private balcony with breathtaking mountain views of The Andes, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or sip on a bottle of fine wine at night.
The third level has its own living room, two bedrooms with high Cathedral ceilings and full SPA bathroom with rainfall shower.
We open the third bedroom only when there are additional declared guests (more than 2) in the reservation. Otherwise it will be 2 bedrooms.
We have a modern, on demand, tankless hot water system, NEW modern high efficiency toilets, NEW fridge, Fast Wi-Fi HIGH SPEED Fibre Optic up to 100 Mbps Internet, NEW ROKU smart TV’s with free CABLE TV in all bedrooms, and a separate laundry room. Our living room has a stereo system for your listening enjoyment as well as new modern sofas.
