We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom house! The space was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for comfort. Each bedroom was cozy with comfortable beds, and the common areas made it easy for our group to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking at home a breeze, and the home had thoughtful touches throughout.The location was convenient, quiet, and safe, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in seamless.This home truly felt like a home away from home!!!! — perfect for families or groups. We would definitely love to stay here again! I truly recommend it!!

Wichita stay

Fire pit was a plus to staying here and it was a great place to stay for the weekend. We had an amzing time in this nice home. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of beds, space. Always nice to have a king bed on the road. Son had a basketball tournament and host allowed us to come back to house and shower before road trip home.

I was very disappointed with this stay, I’ve never ever had problems like this before. When we first got into the house there was a really bad smell, we ignored it and just sprayed some cologne. The house wasn’t swept and there were several dead bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedrooms. The shower was fine but the hot water was non existent. The sink was leaking and the toilet was a little bit too. I brought this to the hosts attention and he tried to blame me and my friends. I did have a small get together with friends for my birthday however everyone was very responsible and respectful of the home. I did take pictures before the party and after as well. He refused to give us half a refund (we didn’t want to stay another night). He was very rude to me and took forever to respond. We tried our best to keep the trash cart outside from overflowing but when we arrived it was already full. I really hope the host is able to work on these problems for future guests but our stay was unfortunately not good.

Low income property

Not very clean. Very outdated. Neighborhood Not very good. I did appreciate the amenities! Structure is very poor. Uneven floors which made the refrigerator lean.

Unbelievable

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and have never seen anything like this. Mouse dropping all over the kitchen, wasps in the house, bathtub was nasty, the back yard had knee high weeds. After checking in we decided not to stay. Rolando was nice enough to give me a refund.

Family get together

We chose this house for the open backyard and inviting patio. My son and daughter in law we’re graduating from WSU and we wanted a place where family could sit outside and enjoy the evening after the graduations. When we first checked in at 3:00pm, the house was set to 80 degrees so the AC had not been running. It did not get cooled down until the middle of the night. The cabinets had a half drank glass of something sitting on the counter and there were dead bugs ( moths and beetles) all over. Looking like a house that had not been cleaned or used in a couple weeks. We went out on the back patio and I was very disheartened. The furniture was not in as good shape as the picture showed and the weeds were horrible. The grass in the yard was up to our knees in areas. That evening, we made due with what we had. Being from out of town and it was graduation weekend, the options of places we could go to was limited , due to the food we brought and the family members invited to the house. I got up early the next day and before graduation, I weeded the entire patio, swept away leaves, and we got a weed eater and mowed parts of the back yard. I messaged the contact for the property and he was polite and said he would contact the property owner. He apologized and said he had not been to the property in a couple weeks. On Monday I messaged again. He said he had not had time to contact the owner due to a family emergency. It has been 2 weeks and there has been ZERO communication.

Mr Rolando was excellent with communication! Had an issue with VRBO sending mixed messages on whether or not payment was received. He was patient with me & my concerns. When we got there, my friend needed the WiFi password to get some work done on his laptop. One text to Rolando & I had the password & an offer to use a laptop & printer @ the property if needed?!The cons: the floor in the kitchen leans towards the sink & the fridge leans due to this. It is an older house on a crawl space so it has ‘old house’ issues: a window off track, outlet loose & patio doors off track. Previous renters left half empty drinks in the fridge that looked like it bounced & sprayed. Patio area seating looked worn but didn’t use the space due to the weather. The pros: the beds were some of the most comfortable we have had at ANY VRBO! Kitchen was suitably stocked for meals. Location was convenient for all the locations we visited, all within 15-20mins. Neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. Overall, great place! Is it perfect? No. Is it good for a weekend stay? Absolutely. Couldn’t have asked for a better property owner to work with.

Quiet and Private

This little house was perfect for our needs for a weekend stay. Within blocks of everything we wanted to go too and a nice private backyard and cozy living room where we had some memorable conversations and game nights. Thank you.

It was a cute property. It had toys for the kids to play with a big backyard & fire pit. They had toys for the kids to play with. It’s hard to find a property with 4 bedrooms that’s not extremely expensive. You get what you pay for

Almost perfect

Overall, the house was wonderful. There were a few maintenance related things (expired food in the fridge, fixtures not secured in wall, and a little bit of difficulty with even heating), but the owner was extremely generous with the supplies provided and communicative. Check in could not have been easier.
