I have rented this same vacation suite many times when visiting Wesley Chapel. The location is perfect, clean and spacious, with comfy bed and nice kitchen area for cooking. Meets all my needs, price is right and it has it's own laundy area in private garage for your vehicle. Host is friendly, responsive and respectful.

We're so happy to have found this listing! The private suite was just as described - very clean and comfortable and in a great location. It was very quiet and had a beautiful view of the pond. We appreciated being able to park in a private garage with the extra benefit of a washer and dryer. Our host, Dale, was quick to respond to all communications. We would highly recommend and would definitely try to book again on our next visit to Wesley Chapel.

Second year at this property. Perfect for our one week need in the area. Available garage is a plus to park our motorcycle. The property is just as described and the host Dale is great to work with.

Comfortable stay

The accommodations were nice, comfortable and homelike. A very nice quiet area and we felt we had privacy. The stairs might be difficult for some, I don’t remember the listing indicating a flight of stairs. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for meeting our needs.

This property is perfect for my extended visit to Wesley Chapel! Location is good and easy to access nearby shopping and restaurants. Secure parking for your vehicle is a bonus. Place is clean, comfortable and has a roomy bedroom area for relaxing and rest. Dale is a great host!

Quiet,cozy and well kept. Private "in-law suite" with its own entrance and garage. Dale was helpful with directions to places we were going and we felt comfortable and safe being there. We would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. There were chairs that we could sit outdoors. Everything was as stated. The owner lived in a portion of the house and was available as needed. This was a very pleasant place to stay.

Great place to stay

This room and full kitchen were extremely comfortable and clean. The bedroom was very large and had four bureaus for putting away your clothing. A massive walk-in closet with yes, many hangers. The bed was very comfortable, the TV worked well. The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities, as well as the kitchen. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting our family.

GPS directions slightly off but host quickly responded. The host stated he has tried to remedy that but could still be an issue. Amenities were great, bed was comfortable and nice towels. Quite neighborhood and would stay there again or recommend to others.

Awesome property, location, and even better hosts!

The property is in an area just moments away from all the big city amenities. The listing is spot on. It has great off street parking with a private garage. There's a full kitchen with a dining table and a washer and dryer downstairs. Upstairs there's a large private master suite. The waters hot and plentiful, and the hosts were the best! Book with confidence! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay!!

Dale is a great host and property is perfect with everything to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Host response was always immediate to any needs or questions. Comfortable bed and large walk in closet was great. The usee of an individual garage with direct entrance to unit made me feel safe. This is my second stay. I highly recommend it!

Exactly as described

Dale was super easy to work with. Perfect place to stay for a week or so. Very quiet. If I have to find a fault it’s hard but the driveway to the property is pretty bumpy. It’s not real easy to find the property in the dark. But I would definitely stay again! Thanks Dale

Great place to stay and amazing owners

This is the second time I’m staying at Dale’s place, property is great: own garage, fully functional kitchen with oven, full size fridge, dishwasher, dining area, huge bedroom, bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, TV, WiFi etc. All is here. 10 mins drive from three diff gyms, within 10 mins drive you have Publix, Walmart, Target. 20 mins away sprouts, 30 mins away Whole Foods. Plenty of restaurants, 10 mins to Krate. There’s a lot to do if you want to. Property is very quiet and private. Owner is very supportive and accommodating. Really appreciate all the help with many things as well as things like full support during hurricane season: I was informed what’s happening, where’s shelter in case we must leave etc. What else can I say: I really like it here. Job sends me periodically for extended period of times to TB and to be honest with all of you…this is the place I really like and kinda feels close to being an actual home for me. It’s just great! I highly recommend it if you want to stay in Tampa and surrounding areas.

Great place for long term stay

I’ve stayed at Dale’s property for 3 mths. Place is accurately described on Vrbo. Very efficient communication with the owner. Nice and quiet area. You’re welcomed upon arrival and you receive keys to suite and garage. You’re completely separate from main house. Own kitchen that is fully equipped. Bathroom (shower/toilet) with extra body, hand, face towels. Walk-in wardrobe with 100s of hangers. Big tv, big comfortable bed, sofa, table. As stated previously: you can cook any meal you wish (dishwasher, big fridge). In garage you have washing machine and dryer. There’s car wash, dry cleaners within 5 mins drive. Easy to get in and out if I-75. Plenty of restaurants, fast food joints etc. you have many gyms around, barbershops and The Grove. Great stay. Definitely recommend if you’re ever in north Tampa area that requires good access “everywhere”. Dale is very accommodating and helpful. See you next time!
