House in the heart of Provence, of 105 m², on the first floor in a quiet residential development close to the village and the Alpilles.
Ideally located between Arles (10 minutes), Avignon (15 minutes), Nîmes (30 minutes), Marseille (1 hour) and Montpellier (1 hour 10 minutes maximum).
The village of Saint Étienne du Grès is located between typical Provençal villages: Saint Remy de Provence (Nostradamus, Van Gogh, Le Glanum ...), Graveson, Maillane, Eyragues, les Baux de Provence and its castle, Fontvielle and Daudet's mill, Tarascon and Beaucaire and the beautiful castles .. .
For visits:
15 minutes from the Avignon festival in July and the city of the popes all year round.
40 minutes from the Camargue, the sea (Les Saintes Maries de la mer, Le Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte, Palavas les flots,.... ), 30 minutes from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, 30 minutes from the Fontaine du Vaucluse, the isle on the sorgue and the Luberon.

The house consists of a large separate kitchen, a living and dining room with a large table with 6 chairs, bathroom with Italian shower and double sink and a separate toilet.
Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds.
A garden of about 450 m2, it is fenced with swimming pool not overlooked
For equipment:
TV, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, charcoal barbecue, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

A jacuzzi in the shelter if you want to relax. On the other hand, the water must be changed every three days for hygiene. . Also an aviary with a couple of budgies and a couple of goulds if you like birds and Two aquariums in the living room but self-contained with a food dispenser.

Bedroom 1: 1 bed 180/2M with reversible air conditioning
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160 with reversible air conditioning
Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140 with reversible air conditioning
Rental conditions:
1. July and August summer season rate, 6 nights minimum rental. One rental per week is priority.
2. Out of season 600 euros per week.
3. For a long weekend or a night out: 200 euros
5. For a group of several couples, an additional 100 euros
6. The supply of bed linen is included in the rental.
In case of additional need, it can be insured for 10 €.
7. Household 80 euros in cash.
8. Pets: 20 euros 9. Deposit: €1000.00 in cheque or other means of payment to be collected after the inventory of fixtures and before your departure.
The pool will be operational at the end of but until September.
