A real haven of peace, the villa is located in the center of St Aubin de Médoc, a "nature" village, in a very quiet street, without vis-à-vis, a stone's throw from the shops.
The location of the villa is a strategic place to fully enjoy our wonderful Bordeaux region.
You can go for many walks and visits between Bordeaux, an UNESCO World Heritage Site 15 km away, the Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret about 45 minutes away and the beach of Lacanau 35 minutes away.
You will have access from the center to many cycle paths that can seduce you in the middle of the forest and to the golf course 4 km away.
Walking access to all public transportation (city buses) to reach the center of Bordeaux as well as the tram stop 6 km away.
You can also enjoy the garden with its swimming pool and its large wooden terrace, out of sight in a very quiet setting. A cosy outdoor lounge for aperitifs and a barbecue are at your disposal.
All the comforts are provided: garden furniture, deckchair, outdoor dining table, pool robot.
Inside the villa, you will find a large living / dining room with fully equipped open kitchen. You will have access to fiber thanks to the free Wifi code.
