We propose you to rent, on the commune of Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming house, less than one kilometre from the beach, of a surface of 100 m ², completely renovated in 2021 and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 29 m² (with stove), a fully equipped open kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A 29 m² living room with TV, wood stove (wood not supplied), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- Access to the terrace on stilts.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Two bathrooms with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,200 m² benefiting from all exposures.
- A terrace of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment near the port of Dahouet. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
