This 1 bedroom/1 bath oceanfront condo is the perfect St. Augustine getaway for a romantic couple or small family! Guests never want to leave the balcony with its view of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, and the oceanfront swimming pool. Inside, the living area has a new queen sleeper sofa and new dinette table and chairs. If the ocean isn’t enough, you can enjoy high-speed wireless Internet access, flat-screen cable TV with HD channels, and a smart DVD player. The compact kitchenette has a small smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Mr Coffee-style coffeemaker, and is stocked with plates/glasses, pots/pans, and utensils. Relax in the bedroom with a king bed with a glimpse of the Intracoastal Waterway and flat-screen cable TV with HD channels. Linens and towels provided.


Beacher’s Lodge is a condo-hotel on Anastasia Island in an area known as Crescent Beach, which features a smooth white sandy beach, perfect for walking and playing in the waves, yet just 9 miles south of St Augustine’s historic district. Beacher’s Lodge amenities include private beach walkway, heated oceanfront pool, picnic/grilling area, washer/dryer on premises (not in the condo), and ramp/elevator access from the spacious parking lot. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Minimum age to rent this condo is 25. No-Smoking. Small dog upon approval with additional cleaning fee.

Cresent Beach Condo

The Condo was clean and the view was great. Check in was easy and Derek was great. The only problem we had was with the TV's the living room didn't work and the bedroom one would not stay on line so we were without a working TV from our arrival Saturday until Monday night which made it very difficult to watch the Superbowl. Derek did buy a new TV for the living room and installed it Monday night. He said he would make it right. Overall a great stay and would come back again! Thanks, Mike and Ronda

Beach getaway

Overall, this unit is a pretty good location to Historic St. Augustine if you want to avoid the crowds. Unit was much smaller than the pictures appear. TV and internet were very lackluster, could not get our TV channels after the first night and had to rely on random stuff we could access. Unit could use an updated higher toilet, and a dish drying rack you could stow. Although it says can sleep 4, you would find yourselves very cramped. Beach and pool were very nice.

Don’t rent this unit. TV’s and internet never worked. The passcode to the beach never worked. I was told I would receive a small refund for the issues. Never did. Now can’t hear from the leasing agent. I wouldn’t rent from this VRBo.

Visit to St Augustine Area

Nice clean property with great access to the beach and a lovely pool. Away from the crowds of Saint Augustine, but not alone drive to get there. My kind of vacation site. Low-key and off the busy popular spots.

Nice week at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at the beach with our seven month old lab. The weather was beautiful all week, the pool was wonderful especially in the evening time nice and warm. The condo itself was very nice but could use some maintenance. The bathroom door needs work on the handle, it was just hanging the curtain rods need to be fixed. They also have come out of the wall where they are bolted on. Overall the condo was nice!

Great location and easy beach access

The unit is very small. The bedroom does not have room for a dresser to unload your suitcase in and the bathroom door is a sliding door that does not fasten. These things are not in the description of the condo or we would have tried to find another one for our 2 week stay. Also, the heating and cooling units were defective and didn’t work correctly. I spoke with the manager but he failed to remedy the situation. Loved the location but will stay in a different unit next time.

Needs work

The locks on the front door looks tacky and I didn’t like not being able to be confident the door was really locked when locking from the inside. Paint is peeling in spots inside the unit. The gable is falling off if the door on the inside of the bathroom door. The curtains on the front of the unit which is the bedroom are see through so l slept on the couch my entire four night stay. The sliding glass door curtains are filthy. There is a pole for the sliding glass door instead of a lock. The temperature up & down buttons don’t work on the living room unit and the unit in the bedroom doesn’t have heat. There was an iron but not an ironing board. There were only two wash cloths for my four night stay. There are no plugins by the bed to plug phones in but since l slept on the couch, I guess it wasn’t a real issue. The listing stated renovated but it’s only partially renovated (kitchen area & bathroom). I really enjoyed my trip and time with my family but the accommodations were not to my satisfaction and the property manager that was assigned to me was out of town during my stay.

Very disappointed!

Loved the location of the property! Very convenient to the beach. It was within walking distance to a great seafood restaurant. We will definitely stay here again. However, we will not rent through VRBO. After talking to other renters and staff, we determined that the best option is to rent directly from Beachers Lodge. While our room was in a great location, overlooking the pool and a great view of the beach. Our condo needed some attention: the shower was clogged (water was over our flip flops), there was not enough “hot” water for 2 to shower, the condo was not as clean as I would have expected, the door had a non functioning deadbolt, the curtain rod over the sliding glass door was broken (causing the curtain to drag the floor-which was nasty), could not open and close the sliding glass door (it was worn out and was sliding metal to metal, the sliding glass door would not lock (owner had a pole as a lock), not enough towels, sheets on the bed were worn out and there were dead batteries in the remotes. Most, if not all of these issues could have been addressed by on site staff if we had rented through Beachers Lodge.

Quick beach get-away

We're St Augustine residents, but it's nice to get a place with easy access to the beach now and then. I found this condo to be exactly as described and it fit our needs perfectly. I was surprised that the bed was a large queen and it was totally quiet at night. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The beach access was great and we slept well. Can't ask for much more. We'll definitely stay here in the future. There's a fairly new restaurant / bar across the street (Fusion904). Food was pretty good and the bar had a good older crowd that we enjoyed.

Great location!

This was a perfect spot for me, my teenage daughter, and her friend. It’s not a big place, but it was so so close to the pool and the beach. Clean and nice and sofa bed was comfortable.
