We loved the quiet neighborhood and fully equipped kitchen. With a new Trader Joe’s not far away, it was super convenient to get the refrigerator stocked and ready for meal preparation. I liked the outdoor grill and, as a family, we utilized and really enjoyed the breakfast area. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. Television and WiFi were excellent. This was a great place for a family get together. West Roxbury is a very nice upper middle class neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised over and over again. Thanks to Susan, our pleasant and very responsive host.

Everything was lovely. Nice spacious, clean, rooms. Plenty clean towels - that is a biggie for me!! I didn’t need a thing! The host was easy to contact and willing to assist with any way possible!

The house is lovely, in a great location. It is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The host is kind and responsive. We would stay here again.

Nice place. Had a nice size kitchen and 2 dinning areas. Each room had a TV and the beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was chilly in Boston so we had to use the heat and the house heated up quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to many places to eat (and within walking distance). The host was readily available and checked up on us ensuring all our needs were met - this was a nice added touch.

Property clean and well stocked. Plenty of hot water for the showers. Good location-easy to get into Boston. Downtown West Roxbury close by and good supermarket with lots of good selections. Parking area was easy to access. Would stay again. One suggestion is a grab bar for the jetted tub as it has high sides. Would make it more secure for stepping out and over.

This home was immaculately clean, large, and quite comfortable. The immediate neighborhood is a very nice one and we felt really safe. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main street of the town, which is quite nice and not touristy, and we had lots of good food and there's also a great grocery store. We also walked to the train into Boston, which is just a few minutes further from there. One consideration in renting this home is that all of the bedrooms are up steep stairs, so it may not work well for families with younger children or for older people (which we just about are!)

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. The house itself had everything we needed — the amenities were thoughtful and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing experience.The environment was peaceful, which made it perfect for a getaway from the busy city life. At the same time, the location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and activities to enjoy.The only minor issue we noticed was with the patio furniture. Because of the tree out back, it does get dusty and could use a quick wipe-down, but we completely understand it can be difficult to keep up with. It was not a big problem at all and didn’t affect our overall experience.Overall, this is a fantastic property with a wonderful host who truly provides stellar communication. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to dining and entertainment. Thank you again for being such a great host!

Overall, the property was roomy with space to spread out. One bedroom required walking through another which could be awkward but was fine with friends. Patio area was not ready to be used. Lots of debris and no broom to clean off seats. Near to places but got expensive going into town.

This was a wonderful place to call home for all our Boston area exploring. Great accommodations and an attentive host. Sitting out on the back patio was a favorite way to wind down. This house is nestled in a sweet neighborhood near lots of amenities.

Great stay

Our family of 4adults and two children had a great stay at Susan’s house. It was super clean and very comfortable for our family. The location is great for easy access into Boston and Centre Street only a mile away, had nice restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. We loved the PAC Man game too would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Perfect for Families

This house was perfect for our family since we need three bedrooms. The neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We used the T station to travel in and out of Boston. Susan is a great host and replies to messages promptly! Would highly recommend.
