Upon arrival, you’ll enter the home through the fully-furnished, screened-in porch; the perfect place to enjoy a cool, mosquito-free evening on the river. After passing through the porch, you’ll enter the home’s main living area. The open plan invites beams of natural light inside through an expansive wall of windows.
The first floor offers a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a primary bedroom with a king bed. A dining area accommodates seating for 10, while the kitchen counter has seating for an additional 2 offering plenty of space for gathering and entertaining your whole group. The living room features a gorgeous fireplace and a flat-screen television making it the ideal spot for watching the game or reading a book. The recently updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances makes preparing meals as a family enjoyable. The laundry room and pantry with complete guest access has all the extra storage and closet space you’ll need.
Upstairs you’ll find two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two full beds and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.
All bedrooms are well-appointed and traditionally furnished, with private patio access and stunning views from primary bedroom. The bathrooms are smaller in size but fixtures have been recently updated. Bathroom toiletries included are high-quality Aveda brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The biggest selling point is the first floor walkout patio that is home to the 5-person spa. The patio extends the entire length of the river house with bench seating throughout. It’s the ideal location for a private yoga class, cocktails, or a sunrise cup of coffee. From here, you’ll experience the most breathtaking panoramic views of the Ohio.
