¡Bienvenidos a Delicias! Esta encantadora residencia se ubica en el centro de Playa de Muro y muy cerquita de la playa más bonita del norte de Mallorca.



La vivienda dispone de una piscina privada estratégicamente ubicada en la parte trasera de la casa, cerca del canal del lago que atraviesa el vecindario. La piscina de tamaño 3,3m x 7m está diseñada para poder disfrutar del buen tiempo de Mallorca alrededor de ella, ya que cuenta con un porche, cuatro hamacas para tomar el sol, un espacio con mesa y seis sillas y además una barbacoa portátil.

El exterior se comunica con la casa a través de varios accesos: uno directo a la cocina totalmente equipada y otro directo al salón comedor y a sus cómodos sofás. Esto hace de la vivienda un lugar muy cómodo y acogedor.



Los dormitorios se encuentran en la primera planta. Hay dos habitaciones con cama doble, uno de ellos con baño en suite, y una habitación con dos camas individuales. Todas ellas, al igual que el salón, cuentan con aire acondicionado para lidiar con los calurosos días de verano en Mallorca. En total hay dos baños con bañera en el primer piso y un aseo en la planta baja.



En definitiva, Delicias es una opción altamente recomendable para disfrutar de unas increíbles vacaciones en familia o con amigos en un barrio muy tranquilo pero que cuenta con todas las comodidades a su alrededor sin necesidad de coger el coche: conocidos restaurantes, bares y supermercados están a solo unos pasos. ¡Asegura tu reserva ahora al mejor precio!

Enjoyed the villa and facilities. Very handy for shops/restaurants etc. An extra key was requested when we got there and it was left within an hour. Pool was regularly cleaned. would have liked some outside chairs/tables on the two balconies to take advantage of the sun when on them. Otherwise nice house

Great holiday rental

The property was as advertised, comfortable and well equipped with a short walk to the beach and restaurants, with selection of supermarkets a short drive away. The pool was a perfect size for splashing around or lying about on a lilo. Check in was easy and with a later check out on request (in advance) flexible for those with later flights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property for a family in a great location

Short walk to beautiful lake and to the beach. Nice private pool. Shaded until 10 and from about 3 onwards which was a benefit for us with small children. Ideal property mallorca was very professional. Would recommend to anyone visiting Alcudia

Lovely property in perfect location

Stayed for two weeks in September with family and friends, the house is was a great size for our group of four but could easily accommodate more. The outdoor area is a little small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and although next to the canal we were not bothered by mosquitoes that much. Location is perfect for exploring the island especially if you have a hire car as it is only a few minutes from the main road into playa de muro

Great house basic but clean

House was great - well equipped but when we arrived the pool was really dirty and the pump was broken and it took until the Thursday for it to be fixed as they didn’t believe us. However it was cleaned on the Sunday when we complained so we could use it. Great, quiet neighbourhood, very close to the beach and small supermarkets and a big Lidl nearby . Gave up on the tv - no English channels we could find. Friendly staff in the office and they communicated well on what’s app.

Dear guests, thank you for your comment. The pool has been cleaned the day you moved in. We and the pool cleaner came to check after yiu told us it was dirty. Indeed because of the wind some leaves and insects have fallen in the pool and we took them of with a net. The pump was working fine the whole time. It was checked as well and as we told you it was programmed automatically and was not ment to work 24 hours. We hope for your understanding that we can´t send a pool cleaner everytime some leaves have fallen into the water. Anyways thank you very much for beeing our guests! Very good access to the beach and shops. All within walking distance. The air conditioning was good and the lounge was comfortable. WIFI was ok but only 6gb speed. The pool water was clean but needed to be kept on top of every morning. Normally I would expect some pool maintenance once a week or so.The photographs that you use to advertise are quite out dated. The property is looking quite a bit more tired than these current photos leave you to believe. Although the property was cleaned to an average standard we were quite surprised that the bed headboard was badly stained and the duvet cover had signs of mould spots when we turned it over. The bathrooms are very outdated with only a shower over a bath in both bathrooms and mouldy silicone. The water pressure was also very low and we struggled to take a shower. This was reported via WhatsApp to the agent at the time and we were promised that someone would come and look at it however we saw no improvement during our stay. It would be good if a safe was provided also for valuables.

Sommerhitze mit Poolglück

Waren Ende Juni bei heissem Wetter für 2 Wochen mit 3 Personen im Haus und am Pool großzügig untergebracht! Das Haus entspricht gut der Beschreibung und liegt in ruhiger Lage 5 - 10 min zum Strand. Restaurants (empfehlenswert Smiths Cafe und Restaurant) und Einkaufsmöglichkeit (teuer, schmales Sortiment)sind fussläufig ähnlich schnell erreichbar, für den größeren Einkauf sind jedoch eher Supermärkte in Autoentfernung empfehlenswert.Baden und Schwimmen im gepflegten Pool waren toll und die Klimaanlagen liessen uns trotz großer Hitze nachts gut schlafen. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur vor und während des Aufenhaltes war hervorragend, kleinere Probleme zu Urlaubsbeginn wurden umgehend beseitigt.Kleinere Kritikpunkte (zB. wenig Stauraum für Gepäck bes. für 6 Personen sicher sehr knapp, Wasserdruck in 1. Etage optimierbar) konnten den sehr schönen Gesamteindruck nicht trüben. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Casa facile da trovare, zona residenziale molto tranquilla e bella

Comoda per uscire a piedi e fare due passi tra i vari negozietti e supermercati, consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un’auto se si desidera visitare l’intera isola e cambiare spiagge. Consigliata soprattutto per famiglie e coppie di ragazzi che vogliono viversi la vacanza in pieno relax. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Gute Lage mit Parkplatz, ruhig, schöner Pool Der Herd konnte nicht wirklich zum kochen genutzt werden, da er nicht ausreichend Wärme erzeugt bzw. diese nicht weitergibt. Man konnte nicht mal Wasser zum kochen bringend, dass zuvor schon im Wasserkocher erhitzt wurde. Die Schränke in den SChlafzimmern waren auch nicht ganz sauber.

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für 10 Tage. Grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Betten stellenweise etwas kurz bzw schmal geraten. Viele Mücken und kein Fliegengitter am Fenster. Ausstattung in Ordnung, auch in der Küche, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten . Fernseher leider nur auf spanisch..mit 2 Teenagern stellenweise etwas schwierig. Viele Hunde Drumherum dadurch nachts oft entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Fliegengitter oder Stecker gegen Mücken. Mehrsprachiges Fernsehprogramm (wenigstens ein paar). Hundegebell auf den Nachbar Grundstücken kann man wahrscheinlich nicht eindämmen

Lovely villa

Just spent 10 days on this villa lovely place clean tidy everything you need right here.In a very quiet neighborhood. quite a long walk into alcudia but plenty of bars an restaurants at the end of the road.the TV could do with looking at as not many channels working but not an essential for us.theres the odd but of cosmetic work that could be done but nothing major.over all a fabulous holiday will be using again.

An absolutely lovely property for a family just the right size all the things you could need two minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk from the gorgeous beach FRONT.there was the odd minor cosmetic touch up that could be done but these could have happend through a busy summer SEASON.ideal staff were so helpful let us keep on the property as we had a late FLIGHT.amazing place will definitely be booking again

Entspannter Urlaub in Strandnähe der Playa de Muro

Das Haus liegt im ruhigen Hinterbereich der Playa de Muro. Fussläufig ist man in ca. 5 bis 10 min am Strand und der Hauptstraße. Dort finden sich unzählige Geschäfte, Gaststätten Autovermieter, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheken, Hotels usw. Die Busverbindungen nach Alcudia oder Ca’n Picafort sind super und preiswert. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und extra Toilette im unteren Flur, auch der Pool ist sehr schön und wird wöchentlich kontrolliert. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, der Möbelstil incl. der Gardinen und Lampen ist sehr dunkel, dies ist aber persönliche Geschmackssache. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ich werde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Lovely holiday home with fabulous pool

The house was spacious and comfortable but the highlight was the pool. Perfect for families with young children or less confident swimmers as maximum depth is about 5’3”. Water could become very cold though if weather not consistently hot. But no worse than English Channel in summer!! Staff at Local office very helpful and provide help numbers, WhatsApp and emergency numbers which is reassuring. Property is a short walk to a beautiful but busy beach with shallow warm waters (again perfect for families with younger children especially) and a very handy bus service. We didn’t bother renting car and used buses most days to get to old town, Port D’Alcúdia and Port Pollença. Lots of eateries and shops also within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great location, good pool

Great location 10 min from lovely beach. Great pool for kids. Good air con and wifi and off street parking. Could have forwarned us when pool cleaning done as with teenage daughters would have been unsettling for them if my wife was not there as they just walked straight into pool area. Villa could do with some TLC e.g. shower very poor, slighly aged pool surround e.g. tape on table umbrella etc. Overall great location with best restaurents we found in old town 10 min drive away and very safe beaches. Cala Mequida 40 mins down the road well worth visit as 10/10.

Avis mitigé

A l'arrivée, il faut régler le solde (normal) et déposer 100.00 € de caution en liquide qui seront rendus lors du départ prévu pour nous le jeudi à 19 h. La maison est superbe mais cela sentait le renfermé et la poussière, la piscine était en eau mais pas de système de pompe donc l'eau ne donnait pas envie de s'y baigner. De plus, le jeudi soir à 19 h pas de propriétaire et donc pas de remboursement de caution. L'agence a dit que la propriétaire travaillait mais qu'elle mettrait l'argent sous le tapis à la fin de son service. Nous sommes lundi donc 4 jours plus tard, l'agence m'a promis un virement du montant de la caution mais rien pour le moment, je verrai demain les banques seront ouvertes. Donc ravie du séjour à ALCUDIA - maison avec un gros potentiel mais....... beaucoup de points à revoir.

Ordentliches Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Haus war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Nicht ganz sauber (der Küchentisch war voller Krümel). Dafür waren die Bäder ordentlich gereinigt. Leider waren die Räume sehr ausgekühlt. Man hätte in den Tagen zuvor durchaus mal die Fensterläden öffnen sollen, um Sonne hereinzulassen, zumindest im Obergeschoss. Die Einrichtung ist auf das Minimum beschränkt. Eine Stehleuchte im Wohnzimmer, in der keine "kaltweisse Sparleuchte" eingeschraubt ist, könnte durch indirektes Licht etwas mehr Wohnlichkeit erzeugen. Das Nachdenken über vernünftig besitzbare Sofas ist sicherlich auch kein Luxusgedanke. Die Kaffemaschiene in der Küche verdient den Namen nicht und Wasserkocher dürfen auch mal entkalkt werden. Eine verünftige Beschreibung, wie die jeweils relevanten Kanäle des Fernsehers einzustellen sind, wäre auch ein Zeichen des Respekts dem jeweiligen Feriengast gegenüber. Für den Mietpreis hätten wir doch etwas mehr Komfort und Behaglichkeit erwartet. Mit kleinem Geld, etwas Einsatz und Pflege wäre dies sicherlich schnell herzustellen.

Liebe Gäste, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben unser Ferienhaus zu bewerten. Schade, dass Sie uns nicht während Ihres Aufenthaltes üder die genannten Kritikpunkte informiert haben. Wir hätten dann bereits während Ihres Aufenthaltes für Besserung sorgen können. Nach Erhalt Ihres Kommentares haben wir das Haus gründlich gecheckt und mit den Eigentümern alle nötigen Verbesserungen vereinbart, die nun auch erledigt sind.
