Everything was good except we needed more tissue and paper towels. Also we had to wash dishes. The “clean” dishes were visibly dirty.

Clean and comfortable condo, conveniently located near Disney

We had a very good experience staying at the condo. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and we really liked the memory foam beds. It was a perfect place to stay after tiring days at Walt Disney World. Just to be able to drive up to the front of the condo come in and crash was a great experience. Overall a great value and would recommend.

Great off site Disney location

Great off site location for Disney trip, about 15/20 minutes from parks. Everything in room is clean and updated. Love having the washer/dryer in the unit. Owner is great and responsive. This was our second time staying in this condo and it’s a great spot for large families.

Condo was very nice—recently renovated, nicely appointed, beds comfortable. Check-in/out was painless. Keypad lock makes it easy. Nothing bad to say, except that the Orlando traffic is miserable.

I’m glad we chose this property

The property is great, communication with host was 100/10, he would reply within minutes even late at night! It was cleaner than most hotels, towels and sheets smelled clean and we were very impressed! We didn’t have enough supplies for the week but the host made sure we received them and we didn’t have to buy extras.The mattresses were memory foam, not my personal favorite, but if you don’t mind you’ll be fine. Some things could use some maintenance, and I addressed them with the host (some curtains were ripped, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, the water pressure in the sink of guest bathroom was really low, one lamp in the main bedroom was broken, coffee maker wasn’t keurig), but nothing that made our stay miserable, on the contrary, we had a great stay! I’m glad we chose this property!

Great Stay

The place looked just as it did on the pictures:) The hosts were quick to respond to my issue with gaining entry into the unit ANNNNDDD, we were running a little late checking out and they were very kind enough to not charge us any late fees! We enjoyed our stay and would DEFINITELY stay again:) The only issue was the fact that there was no TV in the kids room. Thank God for tables/ipads:)

Deceiving

Lots of broken items. Coffee still in pot from previous stay. Strange smell in apartment like a wet dog swimming in a swamp was living there. Blanket in the kids room had a gross stain dried and crusted on it. Hot tub unusable unless you are okay with relaxing in brown water. No swing or any seating what’s so ever outside as shown in pictures.

Couldn't Get Better Than This!

Let me first start off by saying how amazingly clean this property is. Whoever cleans it does a remarkable job. Better than hotel clean. So no worries when it comes to covid. This condo is better than the pictures. Every new, upgraded and easy to use. One of the best things about this property is the beds. Best sleep my family and I have had in such a long time. Everything you need is in this condo including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, pods for the washer, and dish pods for the dishwasher. Very spacious as well and close to many stores and attractions. We did not have time to explore everything around. Lastly this property is a great price, no resort fees either but gives you that resort feel. I would definitely recommend this place !!!

Sister weekend

The house was so cute.. it was very clean easy to find. Then the people above you are so loud! All you hear is running across the floor.. bang and bang it’s so hard to sleep. It didn’t stop till after 2am. Make sure not use the towels. If you get make up on them. They will charge you damage fee. All you have to do is wash them. So I won’t be going back. Just be aware of the noise of the people on top of you. Bring your own towels!

Nice clean rental by a great host!

This rental was great! Very clean with updated appliances. It was stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay, although we only stayed for the weekend. There were towels, dish washer tabs, tissue paper, and landry detergent. TVs in all rooms except the kids room, but that wasn't an issue. Wifi available, but it was spotty at times. Each room had lamps with extra outlets and charging ports, which made life a breeze for a family with a bunch of gadgets. The complex had a pool, gym, and a game room with a pool table. The complex was also clean and there was plenty of parking spaces available. Sams club and food establishments were less than a mile away. Outlet shopping was also nearby. If there is anyone in the unit above you with heavy feet, you're going to hear it. The guests above us were so loud at times, i thought they might fall through the ceiling. This is no fault of the host, just be aware.

A Few Issues

There were a few issues but all were communicated to the owner. At final check-out I sent a recap of our stay to the owner. The biggest issue was the community swimming pool and recreation center were closed for two days of our vacation due to the HOA making property improvements and painting. This is something that should be communicated to guests prior to check-in. The other items communicated were: 1). The upstairs neighbors are very noisey from early in the morning to late in the evening. This was mentioned in other reviews about the property on VRBO. 2). The kitchen was lacking some essential items like dish towels, pot holders, bottle opener, and at lease some types of bakeware. There are no baking sheets, pans, or anything to be able to bake in the oven. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at the property.

Very Clean and the beds are amazing. Would stay again!

Overall this was a great place to stay and the beds were to die for!! The best part about this condo is the beds. The king size is an updated memory foam/tempurpedic type bed with the most comfortable pillows. The queen bed has the tempurpedic style bed with the same comfy pillows. We didn't use the third bedroom which has two beds for kiddos. Amazing sleep was had while we were here with those mattresses. The updates were amazing. There are touch mirrors in both bathrooms, the rain shower heads were great, the updated appliances and large televisions in each room were nice. The bathtub is not able to sit down on as there is a shower glass door if this is something you require. The other bathroom has a walk in shower with a step down into it and is updated. Great hot water in this apartment as well which is important when traveling in my opinion. This is a three bedroom bottom condo so there are no stairs. There is no front porch swing but there are two chairs on the patio area which were nice. The lights from the patio we couldn't turn off and illuminates through one of the bedroom windows all night but pulling the curtain helped. There is a radio or something hooked up to the hallway bathroom that would not shut off and when you turn on the light it will come on automatically sometimes. No clue how to turn it off and some of the stuff playing was .....interesting and not child friendly to say the least. The neighbors were very loud and the walls are thin. The upstairs tenants were loud and kept moving furniture and you can hear people walking and if someone is outside you can hear their conversation clearly. This is to be expected in a condo area like this though but it was hard to get to sleep some nights with the noise. The condo is about 25 minutes from Universal Studios and this is not a gated community. Check in was super easy with a touch pad on the door. When I contacted the owner, he was quick to respond and nice. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a check-in/out book to say how to turn off the bathroom audio, how to turn off the light alarms in the bedrooms, the patio light operation, the check out process to know the housekeeper takes care of everything and other amenities in the condo and area. This will also help to not be bothered by tenants all the time as well. We would definitely stay here again and this was super easy to find in a nice area of town.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Küche und die beiden Badezimmer sind neu renoviert und sehr gut. Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings waren die Glas Tische und der äußere Teil des Kühlschranks total verschmiert. Die Lage ist gut, um zu den Disneyparks zu gelangen. Leider liegt die Wohnung sehr dicht an einer gut befahrenen Straße und man wird häufig durch laute Motorengeräusche geweckt.

The property was updated as detailed in the writeup and within 7 miles of the Disney parks. We were very pleased with the accommodations and would stay again if we were to travel back to the area.

Property was clean and as described. Very nice and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. It was 20 minutes or less to all Disney parks so it was very convenient. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.

Awesome Host!

The home was beautifully welcoming. Very clean! The beds were extremely comfortable too, memory foam mattress. The host was super accommodating to our needs with checking in early and checking out late. We were traveling from south Florida to go to Legoland for my sons birthday and made a weekend trip out of it. Our weekend getaway was awesome, the house and host were the cherry on top! Thank you much !! 💛💛
