*There will be a $50 charge each for lost or damaged wristbands.

Almost Perfect

Everything was great, location, amenities, cleanliness, communication, ocean view, beach access, restaurants & entertainment, accommodations, etc. I wish I was informed of a $10 per night parking garage fee and I hope the latch on the sliding glass door gets repaired so the door can be LOCKED (we were on the 10th floor). Overall, we had a great time!!!

Great unit, building needs work

We enjoyed the unit, clean and well decorated. The balcony view was beautiful! The couch and chair in the main room have actually been updated and are a bit nicer than the picture. (They could use some pillows though). We really only have 2 complaints. First, the building only had 1 working elevator the whole time we were there. This unit is on the 10th floor. The building is 18 stories high with a probably 12 units a floor, it was a nightmare trying to use it. We maybe got on it twice, because of the VERY long line to use them would have been a VERY long wait. It was horrible the check-in day, we carried all our stuff up 10 floors, 3 times. I would not go back unless there are 2 working elevators. The second complaint is that there is one PUBLIC wifi for the whole building. It's not secure, it's slow, and sometimes unreliable. I would highly recommend that the owners get their own wifi so the guests don't need to worry about using the public wifi and their personal data being compromised. One other suggestion is that the owners get a proper vacuum cleaner. What they have is comparable to a dust buster on a stick. It gets most things, but not great. Despite these issues, we did have a nice time and would recommend if you are okay with the items noted above.

A good trip overall.

The listing is inaccurate and could be false advertising. The listing said includes on-site rental privileges and discount tickets through their entertainment department. When we inquired about these, we were told that the condo is owned by an umbrella company that may offer these services at another location but not this property. The furniture isn't the same as the picture. It's not exactly comfortable and could use some throw pillows. I'll post pictures if I'm able to. The unit was clean enough but could definitely use a deep clean. Layers of dust bunnies under the bed and a lot of sand here and there throughout. The sliding door sticks and is very hard to close from the outside. The fan in the half bathroom randomly stopped working throughout the week. The worst experience we had was the maintenance man letting himself into the unit without knocking while I was in the living room in nothing but my undergarments. If he had come in 5 minutes sooner he would've walked in on me naked. He didn't even apologize. I said I need a minute and he went back out. He said he needed to change the air filter and did so but I think this is something that should've and could've been done either before or after we checked in. I was a little concerned that he wasn't just there to change the filter and that he wasn't expecting us to be there for whatever reason. The bar/ restaurant was good except its only open until 10 so not so good for late night cocktails and they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The lazy river is small and only had 4 tubes to utilize which were almost always taken. We had a lovely view and the area was away from the hustle and bustle so it was quiet for the most part. We were given a starter pack of dish cloth and towel, coffee and dish washer detergent. We were also offered fresh linens upon request which isn't common with a lot of places so that was a huge plus. We had a wonderful trip.

There was a lot of construction going on, and one elevator was down. Wasn’t a real inconvenience though. Room was clean, and had fantastic ocean views.

Forest Dunes/ Myrtle Beach

The condo was a relatively nice place for the price we paid. They were doing some remodeling as some areas appeared to be a bit outdated. I will say they were great about keeping any remodeling noise to a minimum. We were very happy with how close we were to the beach and any shopping/food we wanted to try. Check in was also easy and the staff were very kind (although it was slightly confusing getting to the property initially from the main road— no super clear entrance signs). The condo came with essentials as advertised. I would still advise to bring your own towels, kitchen cleaning items such as dish soap/ hand soap, dishwasher pods, etc. We had to buy the kitchen stuff and feel it should have been included with the other essentials. My two biggest complaints were that there was sand and some dirt in the floor from a previous stay in the main hallway/bathroom and the king size bed. I swept the sand/dirt up myself and it was fine. However, the bed was so broken down that my first night wasn’t great at all. I went to Wal Mart the next morning and bought a foam mattress topper to provide more comfort plus a new king size comforter. The comforter provided was also very thin and worn out. Overall, I would still consider our stay pretty positive and the views of the ocean made everything worth it! Thank you for allowing us to stay this week!

Nice stay!

This resort is a great location in North Myrtle Beach. Only 10-12 minute drive to the boardwalk and to Broadway at the beach. There are plenty of stores along Kings Hwy (Walmart, dollar tree) in case you need to stop for anything. This room has a beautiful balcony view of the beach. The beach is right in front of you when you step out, very nice, quiet and relaxing. The room temperature was great, nice kitchen and living room. The bedroom was nice - love the king size bed. However, I would recommend bringing your own blanket or comforter - the one they had on the bed was a little old and worn out. Also just FYI someone else also mentioned the bathrooms layout being weird - the half bathroom and main bathroom have a door that connect to each other. It doesn’t look like they are that close in the photos so just a heads up. The place was clean overall and a nice stay.

Okay-ish room

They need a new bed and the linens on the bed were dirty. There was dust under the bed as if it’s never cleaned. The kitchen sink isn’t mounted properly. There were like 3 forks. We had a hard time getting towels. The walls are paper thin. The bathrooms were laid out - funny. We could be poop buddies. The leather couch was really worn and we were afraid to even open it to see what was inside.

Steps from the beach

Being directly across the street from the beach was wonderful. The property was lacking beach supplies (chairs, towels, umbrella) that would have been nice. Also no vending machines nor ice anywhere around.

Perfect family vacation

The property had everything we expected and needed! Clean and mostly updated! Beds were comfortable and we had cable and WiFi which was nice after a long day exploring the beach and surrounding areas! We could even see the board walk down the beach from our balcony. Beautiful view!

This unit is an unbelievable bargain. It's located in the family-friendly area of North Myrtle Beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Access to the beach is right across the street. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc within 5-10 mins. Definitely will return.
