Outstanding Oceanfront Condo with Private Balcony!

This beautifully decorated condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families. With stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach, you'll wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the tranquil coastal atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances and offers both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast bar has seating for two. You could even enjoy your meal out on the tiled private balcony. The decor is fresh and beach-themed, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere for your relaxing getaway!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through February 13th, 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Bedroom #1: Queen-sized bed with ample closet space. The bedroom includes bedside sconces and a mounted Smart TV + cable.

Bed #2: The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa (New, Winter 2025), including a Smart TV + Cable.

Beds #3-4: The hallway includes (2) Murphey beds that are twin mattresses.

Reviewer Comments: Great experience from check in to check out , wonderful up to date room with a phenomenal view of the ocean , private beach access, and my favorite, the private fishing pier. I loved the idea if you just want to park all week and not drive anywhere you could !!! You are within 2 blocks of 4 restaurants and shopping centers!!

Great condo with a view!

We LOVED our stay in this beautifully updated condo! It’s small, but doesn’t feel cramped bc it’s appointed so well. The view from the balcony is great and looks down the private pier that we enjoyed watching sunsets on. The property as a whole was very clean and well maintained. I didn’t even mind the trips up the stairs to the third floor. We would definitely visit again!

Reviewer Comments: Spent 5 days at the Sea Cabins condo and very happy with the communication and helpfulness of the staff prior to, during, and after check in. Linens were needed for the Murphy fold out beds and they were delivered to the room within 20 minutes of texting the front desk. The private access to the pier and beach made everything feel more private and secure. Would definitely recommend.

A FUN GETAWAY TO ISLE OF PALMS

It was a great condo for my husband and I. There is a set of bunk beds if you are traveling with your children. The owner did a wonderful job with the update. The one negative - living room furniture could be more comfortable. Otherwise we were thoroughly pleased.

Overall, this was a nice unit! It’s newly remodeled which is great. However, it was missing some things we would have really appreciated as we flew into this location. Beach towels and beach chairs would have been a very welcome addition to the unit, even if it was just a set of each. It would have also been nice to have an umbrella available. The bed was also horribly uncomfortable, neither my husband or I could sleep on it. Ended up using 1 of the bunks and the couch. Bedroom TV remote was extremely hard to use. The sea cabins as a whole need some updates. Fresh paint, feet washing stations need new faucet heads, the pool was closed one of the days and none of the washing stations near it worked the whole time we were there, made it very hard to rinse off feet.It was clean for the most part, I did notice stains on some sheets though as well as the shower curtain. The pillows also didn’t have zipper covers, it was just a pillow case which is a little off putting. We arrived around 9pm to check in, grabbed our keys and walked to the unit, to find the door to our place was unlocked, this was concerning. I felt very uneasy that first night.

Great Sea Cabin but lacked in a couple areas

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it is a good Sea Cabin rental.Only complaints/issues were:1-Half of the provided towels were stained. Requested new from Cleaning and they delivered promptly. Very easy.2-We were promised a "Sea Cabin 313 A WiFi access" in our room. There is NONE. Only option given was to use Sea Cabin 113 A WiFi which was okay, but there was NO signal in the front half of the condo. The back half (where balcony is) was 3 out of 5 bars and a bit slow at times. The workaround was decent, but made working from Laptop and watching entertainment on the Smart TV in the Living Room spotty at best.3-The floors in the Dining/Kitchen Room + Bathroom are coming up. I called and made Maintenance aware, but it would be fixed after our visit. This is more of a safety hazard, as thankfully we don't have any children, but if we did, it would have been tricky, since the flooring was coming up tile wise, so it was easy to trip or stub a toe, etc.

It’s right next to a new county park and everything you need us walkable. This units bed was comfortable but needs to be placed under the window so both guests can access the bed side. The room temp was too cold in the March weather and we were unable to regulate it. I would not choose this particular unit again for those 2 reasons unless they were changed.

Another issue was the cleanliness of the unit. It had not been vacuumed properly and there were food wrappers in the couch bed left from previous guests. I would recommend a more thorough clean job in the future. Otherwise, the condo was beautiful and had wonderful amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay this is the 2nd time staying in the sea cabins, 1st using island reality. Location is great. Just some things to be aware of you are given 1 set of towels (4 towels /4 wash clothes) you can pay for additional or do a towel swap daily. We had an issue with tiny ants on the kitchen counter and found a couple large bugs in the room. ( looked to be cockroaches) All this was reported to guest services.

Minor suggestions: *Units need an elevator * 313A should consider a new couch, TV instructions, a 2-step ladder, a table or TV trays. Bed is too big for room. We felt safe and secure. The beach is awesome. All amenities are nearby. We have rented here about 10 times and will continue to do so.

We spent some time on the balcony listening to the waves. Nice time spent on the beach and at the pool. The pool water was a little chilly. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
