Rocky Point – stunning contemporary custom home with 180 degree unobstructed view of beautiful Lake Chelan and surrounding mountains. Boasting 5,000 square feet of living space, consisting of 5 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, the property features modern conveniences you would expect from a 5 star boutique hotel. Complete with private pool, private dock and waterfront access this property offers outdoor fun for all ages.

Main Level:

•Gourmet chef’s kitchen with commercial appliances, including a 60 square foot slab granite center island; perfect space for entertaining and gathering at the end of the day.

•Beverage bar adjacent to the kitchen with glassware, coffee maker and built in wine fridge.

•Stunning 15 foot ceilings with stained rough-hewn beams.

•Floor to ceiling custom concrete fireplace and surround.

•Outdoor grill set under the covered upper level deck provides shaded and dry year round grilling.

•2 Master Suites

Lower level:

•3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

•Family room complete with Kitchenette including microwave, sink, ice-maker and beverage refrigerator.

•Media Room w/ XBox ONE and Sony Wii game consoles, Blu-Ray DVD player, 60” Flat screen and full surround sound

•Workout Room: complete with wall mounted TV, Light weight set (3, 5, 8 lb.), yoga mats and several Les Mills DVD workouts.

•Covered Outdoor (Lanai) Room leading to the pool patio.

•Each Bedroom features its own TV and custom tile work unique to each bath.

Amazing house!

We were lucky enough to find this gem of a house for the weekend in July in beautiful Lake Chelan! The house was absolutely STUNNING and the view was picturesque. Enjoyed how spacious this house was and loved all the amenities including the heated pool. Cannot express how great of a weekend it was and we were all sad to leave. Highly recommend!!!

Great for all sorts of occasions

Property was great for gettting into the lake or needing a pool and hot tub. The house was well setup with multiple master bedrooms and it even had Golden Tee!

Best time

We did a family vacation at this property and we had 6 adults and 5 children. The house was amazing, there was enough room that we were able to have separate areas for everyone. The pool was great and the grand kids were thrilled that they had their own pool. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. We were able to watch the Olympics on the projector screen and that was great. We want to thank the hosts for renting their house and sharing it with us. Hoping to come back and do it all over again.

Friends Weekend at the Lake

We had a fantastic stay at Sam and Alison's house in Manson. It had everything we needed for a fun friends' weekend at the lake. Having the pool with breathtaking views was a huge perk for us, and where we spent most of the time. The open format of the Great Room / Kitchen makes for easy hangouts. Rooms were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms. Accessible to Manson & Chelan for food options. No other houses right around, feels very private. The hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. We would absolutely come again!

Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for better hosts or a more beautiful home to rent. We stayed with a group of friends for my husbands birthday weekend and this home had everything we needed and more. Very clean and in a great location. Can’t wait to go back!

Great stay with family! We enjoyed the view and pool.

If you plan to bring a boat it’s almost impossible to park at the property we brought our 26’ pontoon boat and had to park it at the boat launch in Manson which worked out fine that information would have been helpful also knowing there is a pass at the property would have been helpful as well. Overall great time for our family. Thank you.

Amazing getaway

This home is so special - fabulous home with amazing views - close to town - highly recommend it! We spent most of our time either lounging by the pool or hanging out on the private dock - we will be back - thanks to the wonderful hosts!!

Family VaCa….

Our family has stayed at this property for 3 seasons in the summer. We enjoy the pool and access to the Lake and staying cool inside when it gets super hot outside. The winner is the projector screen to chill and watch movies in the evening. Fun Place

Weekend’s getaway

We enjoyed spending time with family Here. There was plenty of room for 11 of us. We felt very private as there were no house around us. The pool was awesome as the water was 85 degrees. We will be back in the near future.

Absolutely perfect!

This was the perfect rental for a large group. The layout of the house is incredible, the views are outstanding and it has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Communication with the owner was fantastic. They were accommodating and responsive, which is soften hard to find with rentals run by large rental companies. Would love to stay again!

Great vacation home. Stayed here the last two summers. Pool, hot tub, lake, boat buoy, house layout all work great for our 8 adults and children. Returning next year.

What can I say? The location is great, the house is great, the amenities are great! We have stayed in this house before and it was perfect. The addition of the big screen was a big hit with the everyone.

Yearly family vacation

This was the second year we rented this property. In the past year ownership changed but happily the quality of the rental did not. In fact a hot tub was added, although the weather was so beautiful the pool and lake were the two main attractions for water activities. The other addition was a huge retractable screen and projector which was a huge hit with the teenagers of our family. The kitchen is very well stocked with enough pots, pans, utensils etc. to make food prep and cooking easy. The bar b cue is on the deck close to the kitchen. The five bedrooms are perfect for our family of twelve. The grandchildren love the two bedrooms with the buddy bathroom and the other three bedrooms are good for the adults in the family. I would highly recommend this property.

Great spot for family reunion

I hosted a family gathering here and it could not have been more perfect. The space itself comfortably accommodated the 12 of us (adults, babies, children). The view was unbeatable. The deck, pool, and windows all overlook the lake and hills across the lake. The hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive to all of my questions in the months, weeks, and days leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
