Family home with garden close to ocean and forest

Spend your holidays in our house located in Soorts-Hossegor in a quiet area (shops nearby) and close to the ocean. The house overlooks a lawned garden and is at the foot of the Barthes cycle path. A haven of tranquillity on the active Soorts-Hossegor!

Our house is located in the village of Soorts, in a quiet area close to all amenities (bakery, greengrocer, butcher, tobacconist, cheesemonger, post office, hairdresser... and even a supermarket), just a few kilometres from the ocean.

Our house comprises a large living room with lounge and dining room, kitchen, TV room, bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet on the first floor. The 3 bedrooms have a king-size double bed, a cot and 2 or 3 single beds on request. This is ideal accommodation for a family looking for peace and quiet in this popular area of the Sud Landes.

This semi-detached house opens onto a pretty grassy garden, with a covered tiled terrace that was redone in 2024, a hammock, a plancha and a barbecue for your summer meals. Tables and sun loungers are also available. The entrance to the property is through a gate and across a small green space where we have planted a vegetable garden and a wooden deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer (only for washing machine, not for drying beach clothes), kettle, blender and espresso coffee machine.

The house is located at the foot of the Barthes cycle path (a protected natural area that's great for walking), which takes you to the centre of Hossegor (3 km) and the sea (less than 5 km) on a 100% cycle path protected from cars via the Hossegor golf course.
A shuttle bus runs to the beach throughout the summer, stopping close to the accommodation.
The great sandy beaches of Hossegor, Seignosse and Capbreton are just waiting for you!



We can provide sheets and towels for an extra charge of 50 euros, as well as childcare equipment (changing table, potty, high chair, wooden cot, toys, etc.).
We can leave you our 2 adult bicycles, one with a baby seat attached at the back and a basket at the front.
Cleaning at the end of your stay can be done by us for a fee of 80 euros.

Before you leave, we ask you to leave used sheets and towels in the washing machine room on the floor, empty all the bins, clear out the fridge and freezer and put away the crockery. We'll also ask you to clean the plancha and barbecue if you've used them.
