Great stay

The home was as advertised, perfectly located, the ease of walking out the back door and straight to the beach was wonderful. The home was very clean and equipped with new modern updates. Beach chairs were a plus!

We have stayed here on vacation twice a year for about three years. Communication with the host is always excellent. They are always accommodating if we want to add extra days to our trip. We enjoy the close walk to the beach and backing straight up to park in front of the unit. There were a few minor issues we noticed this time. The downstairs toilet was making a loud whistling noise when you flush. The downstairs bathroom door was getting stuck on the floor (I’m sure the door just needed to be adjusted). The upstairs guest bathroom sink would not drain. The washing machine was also making a very loud noise while doing laundry. None of this affected the quality of our stay. Just posting so hopefully the owners will be aware if they didn’t know.

Amazing location = amazing vacation

The location is a 10/10. I was looking for a peaceful place right on the beach and this was perfect! Right on the beach, clean, modern updates and the rocking chairs were my favorite morning coffee spot. Host communication before, during and after the trip made this a stress-free trip. There were no inconvenient surprises that sometimes happen booking a place without seeing it in person. I would stay again and again. Thank you!

Excellent Stay!

Could not have asked for a better place! All bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom was very spacious with plenty of closet space, walk out balcony, nice bathroom with huge walk in shower. The bunk room was an excellent use of space and has its own for privacy as well as a TV for the lower bunk, 2nd room had plenty of room for the queen and bunks and had dressers on each side fo the queen. Stairway was railings on both sides and it even had an elevator if you have people staying that are unable to use stairs. Down stairs has a half bath with stacked washer/dryer. Kitchen is loaded, pots, pans, cups, plates, blender, toaster, microven, oven, French style fridge/freezer and the freezer has an ice maker. Dishwasher, nice big sink and plenty of counter space, nice living room with huge TV. There was already some chairs, sand toys, etc... there, lots of seating on up stairs and down stairs balcony. Everything was clean and operational. Would definitely recommend, you can't beat this place for the capacity and price!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful vacation, loved the unit it was clean and spacious. The beach is just steps away from your backdoor, and the beach chairs are an added bonus.

Plenty of room for my family of six. Very clean. Perfect kitchen size. Everything you needed was included. Communication with property manager was great. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great place

This place is great. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers plus a 5 yr old grandson. Had plenty of dishes and plastic ones for the little one..which to me is awesome! The beach area is great also. We would most definitely stay here again.

Delightful

This cozy condo had everything our family needed! From the space, layout, stocked kitchen, and perfect location, it was a delightful trip. We love being directly on the beach and this condo offers that as well as private beach access. We were close to restaurants and shopping but felt like we could hide away from the hubbub too.The communication with the owners was great, the place was clean and tidy, and we would highly recommend this condo to others.

Good stay

Place is nice. Could use some TLC. Lights flickered the first few nights for some unknown reason. Back porch leading the to beach could be redone or fixed. Some boards were bending when stepping on them. Dryer could be replaced. The dryer left black marks on everyones clothes.

Great family getaway!

This place is located in the best location! The beach access is the best!! Everything was great, kids loved the bunk rooms. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were a little small but overall it was a cute, comfortable place to stay! to stay!

Family Vacation

Unit was well maintained and big enough to accommodate our family of 7. Overall 4 out of 5 and would stay again. Just some points to consider, when saying own personal private beach access may want to try to enforce that. Was definitely over populated with public access and those from the splash pad three towers that neighbored the Sea Gulls. Most took up camp right in front of all the chairs and umbrellas set up for Sea Gulls guests.

Long Mother’s Day Weekend

We have celebrated Mother's Day in PCB for many years but this time we were joined by 3 family members from Arizona. It was their first to to the Gulf, and this was the PERFECT rental for our group of 7. Beautifully decorated, great lay out, and the best feature is the ability to walk off the patio and right on to the beach. Loved this place!

Thanksgiving getaway

A nice family getaway for the holiday. The house was stocked with everything we needed and stepping off the back porch on to a beautiful white sand beach just can’t be beat.
