## Space
Just 100 meters from the beach, in the heart of the new “Le Saint-Louis” residence, this superb 68 m² two-bedroom apartment with a private garden is fully air-conditioned and offers all the comfort needed for a successful stay, whether with family or friends.
Both the beach and the main shopping street are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy a car-free holiday.
The apartment features a spacious and bright living area, fully open onto the fenced private garden. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, a RAPIDO sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a convivial dining table, a TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, creating the perfect space to relax and spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Cookeo, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms, both air-conditioned and equipped with a TV:
one bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed,
one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed.
👉 All beds are provided with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate and include a washing machine, adding extra convenience during your stay.
Outside, you will enjoy a large 300 m² private garden, furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers, as well as a west-facing terrace, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. An electric barbecue is also available for convivial evenings.
The property offers parking on the premises as well as one reserved outdoor parking space.

By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
