House for 6 people, 3 km from the beach, 5-minute walk to the city center

Holiday house located 500m from the town centre and 3km from the centre of Morgat. Close to all shops and 5 minutes by car from Morgat, beach, nautical centre, port, entertainment. . A small seaside resort on a human scale and yet very lively in season. Everyone will find something to escape here, walk or bike, discover the Crozon peninsula with its jagged coasts, its hiking trails between lands and pines and sail along the coast, or simply relax on the beaches.

July and August we rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Stone house of 100m² furniture, bedding and recent carpentry.
On the first floor:

- living room of 26m² table 8pers, 2 sofas
- WC with sink and washer/dryer

On the 1st floor:
- CH1 7m² bunk bed 2 beds 90x200 with a small wardrobe
- CH2 10m² bed 140X200 with 2 cupboards
- CH3 10m² bed 140X200 with 1 wardrobe
- CH4 8.7m² bed 140X200 with 2 cupboards
- Bathroom 4.4m² WC/double sink/shower 100x70
Outside:
- terrace with garden furniture 8 people, parasol, barbecue
- garden in the making
- Garage to store beach equipment and bicycles
- Garden hose
- 5.5mX3.6m drop-off space for luggage. The private parking lot adjoining the house is too small not to disturb the users, I ask you not to park on it at the risk of having a fine for encroaching on the sidewalk

Bed linen rental: 140x200 15€/unit 90X200 10€/unit
towel rental: 6€ per set

Our friends, animals are tolerated under certain conditions. They must be small and under constant supervision. They must never be left alone.
