It is an older house. Clean. Appliances work good. Beds are good. Rooms are too small for them. There is almost no room beside the beds. Walls in dining- an livingroom have dark brown wallpanellings. The deck outside has 6 chairs. 2 are brooken. The chairs are very uncomfortable. Table outside needs to replaced. Traffic of Hwy 101 is very loud in the streetbedroom and also on the deck. We would not rent that house again.

Awesome view! Beds very comfortable. The house shakes when the train passes but it’s not super often- sort of funny really. The deck is rather dangerous as it’s cracked. Beach access Amazing.

We loved how close this house was to the beach! There was some road noise early in the mornings, but at night the road was very quiet. I loved the windows in the house and the little path to the beach.

We loved it

The location is perfect near everything the beach the train station and the shops all in reach.the house is clean (by the way I'm clean freak)and overall well supplied and the kitchen appliances are new even though the place it self is old.we loved the view while relaxing in the living room or having meal in the dining room it was so wonderful opening your eyes in the morning to watch the ocean from your bed, there is one thing missing though to make it perfect staying which is a barbecue grill and I hope the management put the days of the garbage collecting in the instructions

Perfect Oregon coast headquarters

Our family of four had a great week stay at this house. We could not beat the access to pristine miles of beach. We walked the beach multiple times per day. Being on Highway 101 allowed us to drive North to Cannon Beach and South to Newport so easily. Incredibly beautiful area a

Perfect last minute get away

Cute, centrally located house. Easy enough to walk to most things. Was concerned once I saw RR tracks on Street View. Thankful it was not an issue. House served it's purpose for a last minute overnighter.

Needs met- fantastic weekend

The cabin matches the description well. It’s not posh, but it is nice and comfortable. The views are lovely, and the backyard and river on the beach were great for the kids to explore safely.

Great location

This home was as advertised. Very much an old cabin feel. It had everything we needed. The location in proximity to the beach is great. The railroad tracks are right next door but the noise is infrequent and you don’t really hear it in the house.

Lovely house- great view, not accessible

This house was super cute and only 35 steps to the beach. A great view! A few things of note… if you are obese, the space around the beds is very tight and would be impossible to get around if one was large. The shower is also very tight and awkward to get out of. EMERGENCY KIT NEEDED. I was alone my last night, just plugged my phone in to charge and power goes out. There is NO flashlights, no candles, no instructions on what to do if power goes out. I was in the dark from 6pm to 2am. And no wifi because of the router,. Every rental should have this Kitchen was good, but pans are horrific. They need replaced and are not worth using. Otherwise it was a GREAT house and I will stay here again. The management was great when I called because we dropped the key in the ocean and got us a backup right away. They were also very responsive when I finally called about the power.

Great location, great views and easy to find

The entire stay went pretty well but I have a couple of negatives to add. We eat at home a lot and the pots and pans were not so great. When boiling water one of the pans was bouncing on the stove when trying to boil water. One more thing to add is the location does not have a BBQ. I would recommend that pots and pans get an upgrade as long as the silverware and utensils. Adding a BBQ would be a plus as well. The house was clean and beds were comfy. Thank you.

Girls trip

We are 6 girls, grandma, 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters. This home worked very well for our needs. Close to the beach and nice kitchen. There were pots and pans, some in sorry shape but serviceable. The only supplies were salt and pepper and 2 or 3 other spices.

We had a great stay! We had a little campfire on the beach and watched the sunset. It was a very convenient location to the beach.

The beach house

It is the perfect location by the beach. A little bit of a drop off at the end of the trail to get onto the beach. Got alot of rest and had fun

Convenient with beautiful view

Comfortable house with great ocean view. Quick walk to the ocean. It is located right off 101 and by train, but layout of house made it pretty quiet and pleasant. Kitchen is pretty good but could use a small pot! We had our 90+ year old mothers with us, thinking they could take the two first floor bedrooms, but both beds were too tall for them to get in and out of safely. Overall though, we really enjoyed the house and would come again.
