This mountainside home is both spacious and comfortable, featuring multiple sleeping options to accommodate up to five guests at a time. With the option to hang out on the back deck or curl up next to the fireplace, Balsam Lodge A3 is the perfect spot to make your home away from home.

This home is nestled in the Aspens, a neighborhood conveniently situated between picturesque Grand Teton National Park and the charming town of Jackson. In winter months, the renowned Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a mere ten minute drive or START Bus ride away. Come summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the national park is just a short five-mile jaunt away. Additionally, relish the convenience of having a variety of shops, restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a quaint local market right at the entrance to The Aspens. Your dream Wyoming getaway awaits!

While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Nevertheless, thanks to our elevated location and the temperate mountain climate, you'll discover that indoor temperatures can be managed effectively by following the guidelines outlined in the guest portal provided upon booking.

Kitchen was on the small size but it was clean, well appointed with new or newer appliances, cooking pots, pans and utensils. I would stay at this site again. We only stayed for 1 night. The main bed was comfortable.

Amazing Location & Stay

We enjoyed or stay so much! Located only 15 mins from Jackson and 10 mins from Teton Village! Within walking distance from a mini grocery store, bar and gym. When we come back we will definitely be staying here.

Great stay

Location is great and very central to Teton Village, Grand Teton National Park, and the town of Jackson. Unit has been updated and modernized with a super comfortable bed and good appliances in the kitchen. Host staff communication is very responsive to any question or ask.

We had such a wonderful visit to Jackson Hole! The place was so clean and cute! Perfect for our amazing trip. We loved being able to cook a lot of our own meals and wash out clothes in the washing machine and dryer. Thank you!

Great stay

Had a great trip. The space was small and but very functional. Was able to cook dinner a few nights with no issues. Really liked that they even had a rice cooker. There is currently construction taking place nearby but we were waking up early enough it wasn't an issue. Definitely need a good vehicle in the winter since the parking area was covered in snow and ice and was a bit slippery when the temperatures would swing.

The condo was in a convenient location and very clean. The bed was quite firm, but my husband and I liked that. I tried a number of the pillows provided, but never found one that didn't give me a sore neck. My husband did not have the same problem. We also could not get the sound to work on the television no matter what we tried. Everything else was great, and we certainly wouldn't let any of this prevent us from renting this unit again.

Nice condo

The condo was a great pit stop for us. The games were a big hit with my kids. Only negative was there were no sheets for the pull out couch that we needed so my kids had to sleep without them. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

The place was clean. The pots/pans need to be replaced. Everything stuck to pans, even bacon. There was no ottoman as the picture shows where you could prop up your feet. The small glass table was in front of the sofa. The sofa was not comfortable. The bed was horrible. It’s very hard. We lost water for 2 days due to construction that was going on behind and beside the place. You couldn’t take a nap due to construction. We lost the internet on Friday of our stay and couldn’t watch tv. If construction is taking place, we should have been alerted ahead of time and offered a different place to stay. When you go on vacation, you don’t want issues like we had.

Outpost Balsam Condo

We had a very good experience at this condo outside Jackson Hole. It was convenient to both Jackson and the Grand Tetons. The condo was clean when we arrived and everything was in good working order. Outpost did a great job communicating with us during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. The condo met our needs for the price

Accurate, clean, great location!

Two friends skiing at JHMR. The single bed near the kitchen was perfectly fine for a male adult. The kitchen was well stocked. Heaters & Wood burning fireplace worked well. Arrival gifts from Outpost including ground coffee and donuts was a nice touch. Great location splitting the difference between the resort and downtown. I would stay again.

Perfect Location

I've stayed in the Aspens in the past, and it's a cozy neighborhood in the perfect location. Easy access to Wilson, GTNP, JH Town Square, and Teton Village. The condo was clean and affordable with washer and dryer, which is huge when it's a winter ski trip. The only issue we had was the bed in the primary. We couldn't sleep on it at all. We tried for one night and ended up taking all the cushiony blankets to the pull-out couch to try to get comfortable. They just need to invest in a great topper at the least. If so, we'll be back! It really was a great space for a ski trip.

An ok place

It is a good size 1 bedroom apartment with a tiny kitchen. It is nice and quite neighborhood. We founds lots of roaches and bugs inside apartment Which probably was due the fact that it is in first floor. The bedroom bed was comfortable but the pullout bed in living room not at all.

Location was great! However, unit was missing attention to details for example floors were not very clean, rug in bedroom was dirty, linens were not soft, towels too small, missing lids to tupperware, need more pots and pans non-stick variety, TV extremely small, false advertising on access to gym and pool (both were closed for the season due to renovations/construction), front door porch was very dirty, and construction was noisy every morning. Countertops were dated. Unit has much potential but falls short on attention to details.

Excellent Stay

We stayed at the property three nights. The space and location was great. Property was well equipped with everything that we needed. Property was freshly cleaned.They had everything we needed including dish washing, shower gel, and most importantly dye free washing liquid.Communication was great. Would stay there again!

Great Location

Property is close to Teton National Park, Teton Village, and a short drive to Jackson. The Outpost staff do a good job of communicating and keeping in touch. Unit was well appointed and clean. We would definitely stay there again. A map and or more specific details about unit location in the building would be helpful
