Vehicle Limits
• Up to 6 vehicles are allowed. The driveway fits 2 large or 4 compact cars; street parking is permitted. No grass parking.

• Registered vehicles may come and go freely throughout the day.

• Up to 8 different vehicles per day may enter the gate, including rideshares, pre-approved visitors, and drop-offs.

• 3-wheeled motorcycles (Spyder, Ryker, Polaris, Freewheeler)
• Rental golf carts
• Passenger vans with more than 16 seats
• RVs or campers
• Trailers of any kind

Vendor & Delivery Access

Food delivery drivers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, pizza, etc.) may enter by presenting your rental address and a valid driver’s license to the gate attendant.

☆ EXTRA PERKS ☆

These additional amenities are designed to make your stay more comfortable and even more memorable.

-Grill Use: $75 One-Time Fee

Grill use can be added for $75 for the entire stay. This includes grill use, cleaning, and reimbursement for one propane tank exchange. Two tanks are kept on site, but levels may vary from previous guests. If needed, exchange the tank at Publix about 5 minutes away, send a receipt photo, and we’ll reimburse one exchange, usually around $25.

-Pool & Spa Heating: $40/Day

Pool and spa heating can be added for $40 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Unlike many homes with limited heating hours, our system runs 24/7 for more consistent temperatures.

Target temperatures:
Pool: 84°F
Spa/Hot Tub: 104°F

Cold Weather Note:
Pool heaters work through heat exchange, so during cold fronts below 55°F, target temperatures may not be reached. Below 50°F, pool heat cannot be guaranteed. The spa will still heat warmer than the pool, but refunds are not issued when cold weather affects heating. The heater may also temporarily shut off to protect the equipment.

-Celebration Package: $75

Make your arrival extra special with a themed welcome surprise for birthdays, graduations, retirements, or other special occasions.

Includes:
• Occasion balloon
• Entryway banner
• Themed cupcakes for the entire party
• Matching party tableware

-Surprise Gift Bags: $25 each

Gift bags can be added for the birthday child or multiple children and may include fun items to enjoy during the stay, such as coloring books, puzzles, crafts, treats, small toys/gadgets, and Mickey/Minnie ears.

These extras can be added after booking. You’ll receive a message with details on how to add them to your stay.
