Newly constructed, custom built log cabin style home centrally located in Fox Farm. Three-bedroom, two bath open concept cabin with a gas fireplace, game room with ping pong, air hockey poker table and Firestick enabled projector with 120” screen, 400 Mpbs WiFi, Smart TVs, Bluetooth sound system, soaking tub, washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. The entire home has brand new furniture, including all new memory foam mattresses. Coffee, spices, hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided. We also have a variety of board games, card games and puzzles. Front and back decks with a gas barbecue, 8-person hot tub and a gas fire pit with outdoor lights.
While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in.
Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip.
Please also note that the cancellation policy begins the moment your booking is confirmed—not when the agreement is signed.

Getting Around:
Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.

* Parking Details:
Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)
*Quiet hours (10pm-7am).
*No speakers or sound systems allowed.
*No parties or events allowed at any given time.
* Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
* Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.
* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.

To ensure a smooth stay and compliance with local City regulations, please note the following:
* A separate rental agreement is required for all reservations and must be completed within 24
hours of booking and prior to check-in.
* The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. Cancellation terms may vary by season or demand.
* The primary guest must be 24 years of age or older and present during the stay.
* No parties or events are allowed, per City ordinance.
* Quiet hours are enforced by the City.
* Trash must be taken to designated City clean sites, as required by local regulation.
* Hot tubs, when provided, operate in compliance with California safety standards, with a
maximum allowable temperature of 104°F (40°C).
* Most check-ins are remote. Access instructions are sent on the day of check-in once the home
is ready. Early entry is not permitted.
