Summary:
Welcome to ArtHaus!

2175 square feet on 1.5 Acres on a very quiet, very tree-lined, one-lane road in the middle of wine country.

Includes 3 Bed 2 Bath 1,600 Ft2 main house _
++Completely separate and set back 558 Ft2 1 Bed 1 Bath with an outdoor shower.

Super spacious living room opening onto an outdoor deck.

Bedrooms and common areas feature beautiful visual art created by the homes designer Sargam Griffin.

Secluded on a one-lane, dead-end road, you are very much in the heart of wine country while still so central.

We hope you love it as much as we do.

The Space:
2,175 square feet on 1.5 Acres on a very quiet, very tree-lined, one-lane road in the middle of wine country.

This house, and our neighbor's home adjacent up the hill, we're developed and designed by Sargam Griffin, a local visual artist.

Our house was designed to serve both as an art studio and gallery for her work. Sargam has moved on to new projects but we can still enjoy her legacy in this beautifully designed, spacious home where we also enjoy her paintings in every bedroom and common area.

We really love the work she's done creating the home and the visual art you see inside. We hope you do too and think it will make a great experience for any wine country getaway.

We are secluded enough to enjoy the quiet and tranquility of being in the country but close enough to bike or even walk into town for dining, tasting rooms, shops, and more.

The Neighborhood:
Amazing quiet, tree lined, one lane, dead end road connects the neighbors of Pozzan. See photos to get the tree lined, outdoor feel of wine country.

Note 10mph speed limit due to one lane road with kids and families walking and biking along Pozzan

Getting Around:
Google says travel times to Healdsburg Square are:

-Driving in 6-7mins

-Biking in 10-11 mins - Mostly on a bike / pdestrian path.

-Walking in 35-40mins - You don't even notice the time after you've enjoyed drinks at dinner near the square.

Fun in the wine country

Art Haus is as advertised! Wonderful space in Healdsburg. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. It is amazingly well appointed. There was a goodie basket on the counter and the bottle of wine was an excellent way to begin our vacation. Thank you Rob & Lin. Our host was attentive and easy to communicate with. Hope we can repeat this in the future.

Weekend stay

The ArtHaus is an airy calm clean well appointed property. Great space and light. Strong simple design. Stayed here Friday and Saturday nights for a wine centric weekend. Very close to the square and convenient to access routes to vineyards. Looking forward to coming back.

Our stay

Great location, comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor shower in the guest house was a little daunting at first since it was raining and cold but it turned out to be a fun experience…..at least for those brave enough to take it on.

Tranquil, beautiful space

ArtHaus is so very different from the upscale country casual vibe prevalent in Sonoma County. We loved the sleek design and the art throughout. It was like living in a gallery for a few days. Well-equipped for foodies and wine enthusiasts with a range of kitchen equipment and glassware. Would definitely stay again.

ArtHaus is so beautifully thought out. From the artwork around the house, information booklet, and welcome basket upon our arrival, my friend and I felt the hospitality. Rob was informative and easy to reach whenever we ran into a few hiccups. Great location, we were only 5mins away from the nearest Safeway and 20mins away from Lake Sonoma. We can’t wait to come back, thank you for an amazing weekend!

Beautiful home for a wine country weekend

We had a group of six stay here for a birthday weekend in Sonoma County. Very comfortable home with well stocked kitchen and beautiful art/design. Great location and very accessible to downtown Healdsburg and major roads. No issues with Uber / Lyft finding the house. Some tips: - AT&T phones in our group didn’t get service in / near the house. Verizon and Mint users did not have any issues. WiFi worked really well. Luckily, the AT&T users didn’t have a need to use their phones to make calls, SMS. - As guidebook in the house suggests, the hot tub takes time to warm up. We also found it took us some time to manage the buttons (temp up vs down, turning on / off jets).

Wine Country Bliss

3 couples stayed at the property and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The ArtHaus is all that it is presented by the owners with a nice spacious main house and the private casita, that my husband and I stayed in with the outdoor shower. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The outside areas are wonderful with great sitting areas and we actually observed the Starlink going across the night sky. You are close to so many wineries and the delightful downtown Healdsburg is less than 10 mins away for some great dining and shopping. Our host, Rob was available for any questions or concerns we had and very responsive. I can highly recommend the ArtHaus for a stay. SheryC

Awesome Experience and Hospitality

Loved every bit of our lodging and stay at the Art Haus. It was just perfect for our group of 7 and the accommodations were very comfortable. The hot tub was smaller than I imagined so it didn’t get used as much as anticipated. Everything else helped add to our great memories and positive experience.

Fantastic home to Facilitate Camaraderie!

Very well equipped house, 1st Class comfy beds, loved the little things like hangers in the closets & quality toilet paper, tissues & towels. Want to let you know that we were not able to use the fireplace as advertised. It was a small Inconvenience to us overall. We will definitely consider next year:-)

60th Birthday trip

The home is beautiful. Was clean, well equipped , spacious, and convenient to Healdsburg area. Would rent again. Suggestions: When we arrived it was extremely warm inside due to afternoon sun and the thermostat was up very high. Someone should have left the AC down low. Adding a shower to the backyard cottage to accommodate another guest or couple. Otherwise - all was very good.

Wonderful location and perfect for adults couples

We traveled to Healdsburg for wine tasting with 2 couples and a single. The accommodations were perfect! The house is bigger than it appears and the beds are so comfortable. Everything was quality and high end.
