This 1800 sqft retreat home is located in the Sunland Village 55+ community in Mesa. Quiet neighborhood. Pool access available. Pools, hot tubs, and tons of amenities at the clubhouse for 30+ day stays. Pickleball, tennis courts, and golf are among the favorites. Fishing lake and Emergency Services in the neighborhood. Close to hospitals and treatment centers. Relaxing patios in front & back.

Located 15 - 25 minutes from Downtown Mesa, Old Town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson, Spring Training facilities, Phoenix Open, and hospitals / treatment centers.

At least one guest must be 55+ years of age in order to rent. No Smoking inside, No RV's or trailers, and No more than 3 pets allowed by HOA CC&R.

Close to MD Anderson Cancer Center

Our family needed a place to stay while we house shopped in the area. This home fit our needs. The house is as described. The nearby park was great for early morning dog walks in the hot Mesa summertime. Neighborhood is very quiet.

Sunland Village is the Best!!

The property is a beautiful 2 bedroom home. It has a fenced yard which is perfect for my dogs! The owners are very accommodating. We enjoy the on site restaurant and all the activities!!

GREAT PROPERTY IN 55+ COMMUNITY

Peter and Brina's property is first rate. Very well stocked with all you will need. We rent homes all over the U.S./Europe and the attention to the renters' experience by these owners is fantastic. The communication with Brina was immediate and she answered every question we had. The neighbors were all so friendly, supplying us with all the fresh oranges, lemons, and grapefruit we could eat. Just a great propery.

Loved the location. Great park nearby that we loved walking our dog. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall it fit our needs perfectly.

Great Place to Stay

My wife and I rented this property while waiting to move into a new house. It had all the amenities we needed and was in a great central location in Mesa with easy access to lots of shops and restaurants. The hosts we very accommodating to our ever changing schedule and even saved dates for us in the future in case we needed them....which we did. Lots of separate rooms for private TV watching or just sitting and being quiet. Nice fenced in yard for a pet too.

Nice quiet place

If you are looking for a nice quiet place in Mesa, this is it. It is easy to get to and around the area. There is a nice park right down the street. The only issue we ran into was the showers are meant for short people. I had to bend over to wash my hair. This is common in older homes so I wasn't that surprised. The home is clean, and comfortable. The layout is great. We didn't stay long, we were there for a family emergency but this listing was a great find and we were happy ti have found it.

Ten week stay

We loved the spaciousness of this house, and it is well equipped with comfortable beds and kitchen supplies. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions or needs. We definitely recommend this house and the hosts.

Sun lands retreat

Size of home was so comfortable, kitchen supplied with all we needed (except dishwasher) as we cooked most meals here. Friendly neighbors and wonderful swimming pool/jacuzzi set ups.

It was a great home.

There was nothing in the original ad about not being able to park a trailer in front of our house. I think a person needs to be aware of the rules of that park. We took bikes to ride and parked them in the garage and the trailers in front. That was the only issue.
