Loved the area. Walkable neighborhood. Close to restarants and easy to get anywhere in town. Comfortable beds was a huge plus.

Brookside House

Very nice house ideally located next to River Parks and Brookside shopping area. Very convenient to downtown. This was our third time staying here and will definitely come back again.

Close to everything

Very nice neighborhood! Close to the gathering place. The Oklahoma aquarium wasn't too far of a drive, neither was Jellystone. The yard was nice for the kids to play in. We had a great stay, Ryan responded quickly when I messaged him. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Location was great for us (close to relatives we were visiting). Appreciated the secure lock

What would have made stay even better? Hangers in closet, dresser with drawers, fluffy towels, more seating in living room, TV in bedrooms. Suggestion, if dogs are also staying charge an extra fee and omit all those annoying notes to keep pets of beds, furniture, etc.

Good location

Wasn't as clean as I expected, there was sticker weeds all over the backyard. A nice park with in walking distance. With the sticker weeds in the backyard I wouldn't recommend having a pet with you. Also lots of spider crikets in the house.

Clean and close to Expo with fenced yard

A very nice property and described well. Some lovely features like gorgeous wood floors and unique period woodwork. Very easy checkin and checkout. Fenced yard for small to medium sized dogs. Very clean inside, and my bed was quite comfortable. The TV worked easily with a wide selection of channels and streaming. The property manager responded to an issue with the back door lock, so that is a good thing for any other issues that might arise, though none did on my visit. Easy access to the Expo center. Loads of close by restaurants for delivery, takeout or dine in.

House was very comfortable matching description. Backyard was great for our dogs. Best part for us was the close proximity to the river and awesome walking and biking paths. Took the dogs there every day!

Brookside cottage

Very nice older home with a fenced backyard. Very convenient to River Parks and Brookside. Easy drive to downtown. This is the second time staying here and will return when in Tulsa.

We had a comfortable stay!

The house was clean, wish there had been some type of coverage on the exterior doors since they have window panes. Would have felt safer. We couldn’t use the garage for car because there is a bush blocking the way. But otherwise the interior was very clean and comfortable.

Exactly what we needed

We needed a weekend man cave for a dad, two teenagers, and 3 dogs vacating our Tulsa home for mom's girls' weekend. The home was clean, conveniently located, and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend.

Great backyard

We enjoyed our stay, in this very clean house close to Riverside. Great backyard for our Aussies. I had accidentally left my north face jacket, and Ryan was really great in getting it back to me.

Older small residence in quiet neighborhood. House was well maintained with comfortable beds. Easy access to major thoroughfares. Would return to property in the future.

This home is between Brookside which has some of the best restaurants and night life in town and Riverside Drive which is the best place to walk and ride bicycles in town. You can take the trails by the river down to the Gathering Place Park which USA Today called the best park in the United States.
