The house is located in Vouneuil-sous-Biard, a town very close to Poitiers (less than 2 minutes away), ideally situated on a quiet street. All amenities are within a 5-minute drive (shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.).
Futuroscope and the Arena are just a 10-minute drive away, as is downtown Poitiers, known for its historic architecture.
The house is sure to charm you, whether you’re staying with family, friends, or your partner.

A tasteful decor welcomes you into the 43-square-meter living and lounge area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’re sure to prepare some delicious meals there. In the sitting area, after a long day, you can relax quietly in front of the TV while enjoying a slice of “broyé du Poitou,” one of the region’s specialties.
You can also enjoy a meal in the garden on sunny days.

For long winter evenings, board games and books are available for your use.

Sleeping arrangements: The first bright bedroom features a 140x200cm bed, as well as a walk-in closet to store all your clothing.
The second bedroom is also bright, featuring a 160x200cm bed, as well as a walk-in closet to store all your clothing.
